Who is ACCORN GROUP? anybody knows? They are ripping off customers and there is no email to contact them there is no complains site or any form of contacting about the stay at their hotels. really odd. I have been trying to make a complain since my stay at one of their hotels in Poissy in France. A small town outside Paris and they not only charged me £58.00 for a night but there wasn't hot water. Absolutely appalling. Not only that, but they also call security on me after my complain - they gave me a number email to contact. not a name a number??? you do not have any rights now on complaining about your rights, your money? amazing absolutely discussed about the service and the way it was conducted. How can there be a problem with hot water and get away with it without telling customers?? Ok. the manager tried to solve the problem - even though that was a nice gesture it did disrupt my stay and my day. I asked for a refund, but I do not have any email or away to contact this people. I was told to contact the HR which is an email composed by a number... H3586 - what is this? By that I want to make it clear to everyone - be careful when you check in to this places Ibisbudget and so on...

I was looking for a basic hotel to stay a couple of night for my family (four children 4 to 12 years) and two adults while we explored Paris. This was exactly what we wanted. Rooms clean but basic - for the price, we could not have expected more. We arrived on a Sunday, so all shops in the area were closed, however, the following day, everything was open including a supermarket about a three minute walk. Hotel was perfect for what we wanted.

Very good budget hotel - does what it says on the tin!

For a cheap hotel, the Ibis Budget in Orgeval provided everything that we needed and expected. It was good that the family of 3 could share one room, and this was clean and worked well for us arriving at 12.30am from Disneyworld Paris. The location could be confusing to find if the full address is not entered into Sat Nav.

It was really difficult to find the entrance, having to pull at the nearby Novotel to ask how to access the Ibis Budget. Very poor signage/non existant. Otherwise, well situated (when you finally find it). WAs also travelling with our little dog and was allocated a room on second floor, Vs ground floor, minus point for this. CArd payment machine was not working, having to use our currencies to pay for the stay, another minus point.
