We purchased early check in for a junior suite, which means that the suite should be ready from 8:00am. I’ve arrived at 12:58 pm and the gentleman from the front desk didn’t see that we had early check in included. He had to call housekeeping and then told me “Your room will only be ready in 3 minutes.”. When I told him that we have early check in, he was surprised to see it and confirmed it. I had to wait more than 3 minutes for the suite. They gave us a suite that was meant for another guest, with the welcome card with the wrong name, and this suite was not only smaller, but also next to a storage room from which we heard noise constantly. Also at the checkout the front desk lady said that our reservation was partially paid for which was very unpleasant since the reservation was paid in full from the moment we’ve booked it. The front desk almost never answers the phone. They seem very disorganised and not paying attention to what they’re doing. And even with all their mistakes, none of them was humble enough to at least acknowledge their mistakes and apologise. I’m an international flight attendant, I’m quite accustomed to hotels and this was not the reception of a 5 star hotel for sure. Housekeeping, concierge and breakfast staff were impeccable.

Nice design. Very comfortable location in the center of Warsaw, 15 minutes walk from the Old town. Nice park for morning runs or walks right opposite the hotel. Delicious breakfasts with a large variety of choices. The restaurant and lobby bar are also great! Nice spa zone and gym. All the staff members are very friendly and ready to help with any request. Olia and Ania, restaurant front desk assistants, were especially nice) I can highly recommend this hotel for any kind of trips whether business, friends or family.

Excellent hotel with superb service. Great location with easy access to sites of interest. We would like to single out the hostess Ania who made our breakfasts very special. That kind of personal touch helps set the tone for the rest of the day.

Efficient staff, luxury rooms, fixed our safe promptly and courteously. Brasserie restaurant was unbelievably great…perfect after a day of traveling.staying only 2 nights to visit sights in Warsaw with Viking excursion. Feel very pampered by whole experience.
