Frequent guest in this hotel since years for business reason, I know the hotel very well. if you are unlucky, and you get any room as: 221, 321,421, 521. You will hear the elevator all night. Room is clean, and breakfast is ok. The Hotel is far from the city center but the avantages is the access to the Auchan next too it and the gym for longer business trip.

We booked here last minute to spend 3 days as a family, we arrived late, the rooms were ready. We wanted to change the rooms into connected rooms. The property is clean, customer service is great. It is also next to a shopping mall where you can get good food and do some shopping if needed. Uber is easy in Porto so no need to worry about any trips to the beach or tourist attractions.

Poor cleaning and no Wi-Fi

First, we got a room on the first floor and there were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and sink. In addition, the room had no views, windows were filthy, and Wi-Fi never worked. The first night a crazy guest from the hotel came at 23h while we were sleeping and tried to access our room by force saying he left documents inside. The next day we changed room, and we got a room on the 5th floor. This time cleaning and amenities were better. Wi-Fi still didn’t work. Even when the staff was helpful and tried to correct the traumatic experience and the cleaning issue, I think the general experience is not that of a 4-star hotel.

Location is what I need away from the hotel in a busy city center. Room modern and confort. Staff helpful. Love the sauna and hamam. Breakfast many variety for bread and sweet pastry (I like to have boile egg in breakfast sometimes). I use Uber 6euros to city center. I do use my car to visit the seaside Afurada ,the Wine Valley Dauro etc. I wanted to highlight hotel should provide free bottle of water in the room upon arrival (is very common that traveler does not drink enough during moving). Ok .thank you to Hotel staff

Travelling with a family of four, we had to book two rooms. But both rooms were connected, and each had a bit more space than your average hotel room. The price was still quite good compared with other, more centric hotels. The hotel has a warm, light and modern feel, with a nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was really good, including some special local touches. We had a car so the location was actually good as we could move from one side of the river to the other for whatever activity we had planned.
