The hotel i stayed at was clean, beautiful decoration, comfortable room I got recommended a drink a magners dark fruit at the bar by one of the staff Eunice who was lovely and welcoming Fiona the reception Team Leader was welcoming and nice to talk to upon check in Rogel the F&b manager was welcoming to me and i cant thank the staff enough for their profession and the warm welcome i recieved, i hope to come back again soon to stat again

convenient location with nice view of Wembley Town. very helpful staff special thanks to cristian at reception hes being very helpful and friendly. ( u wouldn't usually get in that welcome in London.) and another staff called florina at reception was helpful during our long stay. even hotel security was very nice to us during match day at Wembley stadium. not a luxurious hotel but good quality and value for money

Had an awful nights sleep here, the room was so hot! It was like a sauna and it was only 14 degrees outside.. can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer! No air conditioning and the fan only blows out warm air.. we also booked online with booking.com which included breakfast which we paid extra for but when we went to have breakfast they had no recollection of it, they then said don’t book with them book direct to stop this happening… then don’t use them if this is what happens! Only good thing is it’s right by Wembley but will book another hotel next time one where I can have a decent nights sleep because that’s what we pay for!!

Good quality, but with niggles.

Stayed for a long weekend (Fri - Mon). No major events, so reasonably priced. The good points: Room was excellent. Not spacious, but far from cramped. Large shower cubicle with easy controls and plenty of hot water. Big comfy bed. Heating / cooling was perfect: didn’t once feel hot or cold, just comfortable. Clean and well maintained with no signs of mould or scuff marks. Excellent location: one minute to Wembley stadium station, about 15 mins walk each to Wembley Central and Wembley Park tube stations. Two minutes to Wembley stadium and Arena. The not so good bits. Room key cards are very temperamental. We meticulously kept them away from our phones, but still they stopped working and needed re formatting at reception. The hotel is 16 (?) floors high with a fairly small footprint. There are only two lifts. Normally not a problem, but when a coach load arrived they with suitcases, they were queuing for nearly an hour. And again, at a busy time, there was only one bar staff. Worked off her feet poor lass. Slow to get a drink, slower to get a snack. Yet on another evening: prompt and friendly service. And finally, having just checked in and unpacked, whilst having a quick 40 winks, another couple entered our, supposedly locked room. Turned out reception had erroneously given them our room. Quickly sorted, and they were allocated the adjacent room, but a bit concerning that such a mistake could happen.

10/10 Stay, Rooms were very comfortable and Unreal Customer Service, especially the guy at the reception Benny, was accommodating from the second we entered asking me questions about my hair and bringing our bags in the back while we went out as we couldn’t check in yet. Tried to leave a tip especially for Benny but couldn’t seem to find him as we were leaving. 10/10
