Внутри номера все довольно обветшалое, нет воды, грязный санузел. Персонал не смог предоставить переходник для розетки. Соотношение цена/качество очень хромает. Снаружи здание напоминает придорожный мотель, мне понравилась его архитектура и стиль. Прекрасный завтрак.

Nice place...though the furniture could do with an upgrade. We stayed in the apartments...they're OK...but we had to keep reminding them about towels every evening when we got back. They knew we were 4 in each apartment but only left 2 towels daily. Additionally, It was cold and when we asked for blankets, some got, some didn't get.

Great next to the mall This hotel is located just ten minutes to OR Tambo international airport which is big positive. the Spacious rooms and with stoves in the units for cooking for oneself .I enjoyed the buffet breakfast

This hotel is located just ten minutes to OR Tambo international airport which is big positive. On the other hand, the hotel itself is plain and ordinary. Rooms are either on ground floor or first floor. Outdoor walking to rooms so if its raining, its a problem. My room bed side lights were not working and the room felt run down and grotty.

This Hotel has really improved. Before Covid we use to stay as a Company at Mercure Bedford, but their service was poor, I always had to request another room due to the rooms not smelling good and were still not clean. Now, it is a different level, positively. It was so bad that I took my business to the Garden Court across the road Management is friendly and very helpful. I must say, very satisfied with the service received
