Wonderful property, spacious rooms and fantastic views of the inlet. The staff exceeded our expectations, Megan upgraded us to a beautiful suite and Michael made sure we haven’t run out of bubbly. 5 star service from start to finish, will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

This was by far the best hotel experience we've ever had! We were welcomed and looked after throughout our stay by simply exceptional team. We've truly had a six-star experience! Nothing was ever too much to ask and Michael ensured that we all had what we needed, and more. Megan surprised us with an upgrade when we've mentioned how special the occasion for the stay was, and Agatha went above and beyond to accommodate all our queries, planning our stay and event to the very detail. We couldn't thank everyone enough. It's a great place to stay, with a professional and lovely team that simply brings the experience to the next level!

From the moment I arrived at the pullman I was impressed. I got in at 1030 and never expected a room to be ready but it was. Check in was smooth and easy! My room was a king room with spa bath and I scored a corner room with a large balcony. The room was clean, well equipped with everything I needed, plenty of space to work and relax and spacious. The bath towels are big and fluffy and the added bonus of the robes was fantastic. The pool and gym were great. Plenty of equipment in the gym and the pool was very inviting! Great temperature and facilities. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I didnt really have plans to return to Cairns anytime soon but now I am keen to bring my partner back and share this hotel experience with him. Great work to the team at the Pullman, I am very impressed and look forward to returning one day soon.

Can not fault this hotel, from check in to check out, staff,rooms,breakfast all excellent, the location is close to everything, the hotel casino's bistro Flinders was great value but plenty other restaurants within walking distance, will definitely stay here again.

This is by far the stand out hotel in Cairns. Located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything. The rooms are spacious with the decor suited for the tropical environment. The service if first class from when you arrive, to Housekeeping and the security team that welcome you to the casino.
