Для одной ночёвки подойдёт, но не более. Постельное белье воняла прокуренным. Это не давало уснуть. За полотенца нужно платить отдельно 3€, за посуду ожноразовую тоже просят плату в 1,15 €. Из техники есть только микроволновка. Вскипять воду для чая нет возможности. В душе неудобная система, нужно постоянно нажимать на кнопку воды, чтобы она продолжала литься. С нас взяли плату за городской налог в 1,75€, хотя в бронировании у нас указано, что налоги и сборы включены в стоимость. Удобно, что отель круглосуточный.

Les serviettes sont fournies mais que pour les chambres avec salle de bain privative, concernant les couverts pour la vaisselle jetable c'est un service que nous offrons récemment suite à certaines demandes des clients car notre but c'est de vous satisfaire, et au sujet de l'eau chaude, notre machine à café est dotée de cette option et c'est gratuit. La taxe de séjour c'est une taxe imposée par l'état et elle est rajoutée automatiquement une fois que vous êtes sur place, la taxe indiquée sur le site c'est la taxe du site car ce sont des partenaires. Pour le système douche c'est fait exprès car notre hôtel s'engage dans le combat contre le gaspillage, c'est très écologique qui est dans notre avantage à tous sur cette planète. Pour une prochaine fois, dès que vous vous faites face à un problème veuillez nous le signaler à la réception car notre staff est très arrangeant, nous ferons de notre possible pour vous satisfaire. Merci d'avoir choisi le F1, espérant vous revoir bientôt. cordialement.

This business operates like a scam I booked a stay on Hotels.Com however due to the bug infested nature of that site the dates changed to the wrong ones mid way through. Within seconds of the wrong booking confirmation. I got in touch to clarify the error Hotels .Com refused to help or refund the booking. Latter in the evening despite having had the whole explanation explained to them F1 decided to retain my money knowing full well the 17th was not my intention I had intended to book for that night and would have done it if the staff were not so scummy at wanting to take advantage of a momentary error that was quickly flagged .

Absolute dump!

This place is beyond budget. I checked in and promptly check out. First beware you are sharing a shower and toilet with the rest of the hotel. There is no private toilet or shower in your room. Secondly, consider bringing your own towel as the hotel did not have towels when I arrived. Reception was rude and completely unhelpful. Never again. Run don't walk from this place.

Ничего бесплатного нет, туалет в номере - надо платить, полотенце - надо платить, Слава богу что за матрас не надо доплачивать. Я был в номере без туалета, но зато там есть раковина в которую я ссал Полотенца нужно покупать дополнительно, поэтому я вытирался простыней. Короче все хуево, но я умный.

I have booked a night before our weekend out in Toulouse, fully paid via their authority page almost 3 weeks in advance and the money has been taken from my account and the reservation confirmed! Upon arrival the receptionist insisted that they did not revive any payment, showed him bank statement and the all related confirmed emails and on the end they made me double pay for the same room! In the following morning the manager was there and he confirmed that he can see my double payment, however they did not refund my money and insisted to me to deal with my bank... almost 30 days still waiting response, just stay a way from this place looks not legit and scammers! Another hotel (NH) near airport worth for ur money!
