Perfect location, perfect resort specially with kids…best swimming pool…most helpful staff…good jain indian food…pls do visit without two thoughts Breakfast soread is just too good…they have 3 swimming pools The rooms are too good with all facilities and bathtub loved the place

Hotel facilities are good, people are friendly and very polite. They have a 24 hour gym, also you can book boxing or muay thai, the trainer is very good at what he does. His name is "Mad" very friendly  and funny. Would come back again. Good experience

What a shambles, at check in paid for room with Amex to be told that the card had declined, Manager had to tell other staff member that a different machine was to be used for Amex. So finally checked in and went to the bar to get a drink and went to the pool. Bar staff member came to the pool asking me to write my name on the docket , I had signed but apparently wasn’t enough. 5 mins later back again with another staff member and an eftpos machine telling me to pay. I refused and told them to charge to the room which they advised there was no credit. All this in front of other guests, humiliating to be made to sound like you have no money. I went to reception and advised them of the issue to which I was advised there is no problem as I am a Diamond Accor member and that I was fine to charge to the room and pay at check out. Next morning at Breakfast , ordered a soft drink and the same think happens again, eftpos machine presented and told I had to pay! The following day at check out I returned my key and was told all was ok, got in my taxi to depart to find a staff member knocking on the taxi window telling me I must pay and have an outstanding amount! Once again I bring made to feel humiliated. Staff clearly have no training and have no idea how a Diamond member of Accor should be treated. I will never stay here again.

Fabulous hotel , breath taking view open as you walk up the hotel steps over the bay . Pool access rooms fabulous and cleaned daily . We found the food in the pinnacle bar amazing , the male head waiter was so lovely with us . We ate Thai food most nights and it was so tasty and so cheap ! We loved the v lounge for happy hour cocktails, which again are cheap ! ( 2 for £5 !! ) the staff Mr Best and Ms Peemai and Ms Fern were amazing and so kind to us both , they were so friendly we loved this lounge and attended regularly . Tne cocktails they made were the best !! We are sad to leave this hotel which is centrally located and across the road from the beach . The staff can’t do enough for you . Amazing time ❤️🇹🇭

I had an amazing time at the resort, the resort staff are so amazing and helpful. Ayudh was especially helpful and he took care of us and made our trip unforgettable. Amazing food and restaurant staff were also amazing. The resort has good selection of food
