Julieth Tena and Jesus Lopez provided us an amazing service. They were fast and were always on top of each one of our needs. The food and drinks were delicious. The restaurant is gorgeous. I will definitely come back soon and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Jimmy made us feel incredibly welcome and at home from the moment that we walked in the door. He has a tremendous smile and passion for his city. The hotel is very pretty. The room service was frequent, even leaving us little treats at night. The pool was great given the heat. They occasionally came around with flavored water and little snacks which was a nice touch. I wasn’t a big fan of how the pool bar made a few of their cocktails so stuck more to beer. The city (especially Getsemaní) has a lot of great bars and restaurants though so we got our fill elsewhere. The gym was a bit small and crowded but reasonably well equipped. Overall it was a very nice hotel in a convenient location with wonderful staff.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Thank you Diego our concierge. And a big thank you to Yhordys Franco, Luis and Oscar who took amazing care of us at the pool everyday and made the trip even better. I definitely recommend this as the spot to go in Cartagena

The staff provided an impeccable service since the moment we entered the hotel, all the way til the end of the evening and the food was delicious, every plate was unique and flavorful, it was a beautiful experience, plus the hotel grounds are just beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at Sofitel Santa Clara. The location is perfect! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and the tour of the hotel was excellent. Our suite was spacious and perfect for our family of three. Breakfast at The Jardín had a lot of variety, the food was delicious. We will definitely visit Cartagena again and look forward to it.
