Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. The hotel is very clean and fresh, located only a few minutes' walk from the central station and the town center. I arrived early in the morning and couldn't check in as the room wasn't ready. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They offered me coffee, water, and a place to change. When I finally checked in, I was delighted to find a chocolate bunny on my bed, as it was Easter weekend. Later that day, I wanted to attend a football match, and one of the staff members, Soraya, went absolutely out of her way to help me book the tickets. If the management of this hotel is reading this review, Soraya deserves a huge pay rise.

Stayed during Christmas weekend and the hotel just had the perfect location! Less than 5 mins walk from the central train station and about 10-15mins walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Christmas markets. The room was modern and comfortable (nice bed, mini fridge, coffee machine, and Nuxe products in the bathroom!) however a bit small. I would get the bigger room if traveling with someone. Love the refillable water bottles provided! Lolita from the reception was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person! Would stay here again when visiting Strasbourg!

Everything was great about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and so comfortable. I liked the refillable still and sparkling water jugs as well as the mini refrigerator. The breakfast was so delicious and had a lot of variety, plus special Christmas pastries for the season. And the location can't be beat, just a black and a half from the train station and right across the river from the historic town center. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in lovely Strasbourg.

This hotel ticked all the boxes: location, aircon, quiet room, good breakfast. If something negative is to be said, It would be shower. There is no shower curtain so one can easily wet whole bathroom if not careful.

We had the Christopher Lloyd room! Other than that, location directly on the road from RR station (walkable) to Cathedral. With AC and sound insulated windows, very quiet. In room coffee a plus. Lobby coffee and filtered water a plus. Staff helpful with questions. Bkfst buffet more than adequate.
