Good location - not far from airport and half hour walk to central train station where a lot of day tours to Pompeii go from and trains only hour and quarter to Rome. Despite reviews of Naples, never felt unsafe, good array of restaurants etc near by on main roads. Our room overlooked the court yard near restaurant so a little road noise in the evenings - definitely take your ear plugs if a light sleeper! Reception staff very friendly and helpful with booking us taxis to the airport and an Amalfi day trip with Francesco. Rooms basic but clean, fine for a base and we spent very little time there as were out and about all day. Beds quite firm, so depends on preference. Soap and shower gel provided but no shampoo/conditioner. Find it irritating when hotels supply paper cups for in room tea/coffee, surely better for environment to just have normal cups than keep replacing disposable cups. Reasonable breakfast on offer with nice view.

Despite being in a prime location and a four star hotel, it was quite poor at services for the amount they charged. It wasn't worth the money we paid, which was 500 euros per night. Was it a nominal charge because we were tourists? We overheard a conversation of a receptionist with another family where she asked about their budget which made us think that rooms could be available at much lower price. Privilege rooms were small, very noisy and failing to offer a room with two single beds for my kids was very poor considering the price they charged. My son ended up with a neck pain after sleeping in a folding bed. Therefore next time in Naples we will go to Marriott. To be fair cleaning staff was very friendly.

Отель оставил благоприятное впечатление. Отлично расположен: 10 минут до порта, 10 минут до площади Плебишито и театра San Carlo, через дорогу - станция метро (3 остановки до вокзала). Приехали около 10 утра, предупреждали о раннем приезде и просили 2 номера на одном этаже. Честно говоря, не надеялись на такое раннее заселение, но номера были готовы. Правда, оказались на верхнем 7 этаже, и шум от каких-то технических установок на крыше доставлял некоторые неудобства. Уборка была незаметная и тщательная. Хороший завтрак, есть горячие блюда и много свежей выпечки, можно попробовать неаполитанские сладости в мини-форматах. Все сотрудники приветливы и доброжелательны. Wi-Fi в номере работал хорошо. Единственный минус - ваучер на приветственный напиток по системе лояльности Accor предоставили лишь после напоминания. Бар в отеле не работал, поэтому напиток выдавали на ресепшен (пиво, сок, вода).

We were highly impressed with the hotel, especially its prime location right in the heart of the tourist district. Although the hotel itself doesn't have its own parking facility, the arrangement with the Touristico parking nearby was convenient, albeit at a daily rate of 35 Euros. However, we managed to negotiate with another parking facility next to the hotel and secured a daily rate of 25 Euros for our car. Finding suitable parking, especially in a city like Naples, can be a significant challenge, and having such a service right next to the hotel was a great convenience. The breakfast provided at the hotel was a true reflection of the Mercury Hotel's standards, featuring a rich selection of local flavors. Discovering a miniature version of the Baba sweet on the breakfast menu was a delightful surprise. When making our reservation, we specifically requested a quiet room, and the room provided, although not boasting an extensive view, was indeed peaceful. As we had an early departure the next morning, before the regular breakfast hours, the staff thoughtfully prepared a generous breakfast box for us, ensuring we didn't leave hungry. Overall, our experience at the Mercury Hotel was outstanding, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to others. Thank you for your hospitality, and we look forward to the opportunity to stay at your hotel again in the future.

Hotel has good location, clean & tidy with good breakfast. Better still, we made connection with Francesco Pugliese a private driver with an aircon Merc Van who we used for a day trip to Amalfi Coast. +39 3277159360 He's certainly the best! While not advertising as a guide, he knows where to stop for best photos and can recommend restuarants etc. We also used Francesco at the end of our stay in Naples to take us back to Rome for airline connection. Wouldn't do another trip to Naples without first booking him in.
