Second time that we have stayed for B&B at this ibis hotel. Throughout the hotel the staff were excellent and always very helpful. The room, including an on-suite bathroom was exceptionally clean with good facilities. The triple glazed windows meant that the room was very quiet at night particularly as the hotel is virtually in the centre of Birmingham. The buffet breakfast was superb and staff in that area well organised in providing a very good service which was well monitored by the excellent Raju.

The hotel was well located for a daytime event we were attending. Friendly staff on arrival. Room was ok but very dated corridors and decor. The worst part was that having got back from a few hours partying at 1am and needing a sleep, there was a full on rave going on somewhere close - I could literally hear all the individual tunes playing while trying to get to sleep!

I stayed here with colleagues for a 2 day meeting and immediately booked again for next year. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the buffet meals were delicious and the conference room was well equipped for our needs. Chocolate milk and muffins at break time were a welcome touch! It’s also a 5 minute walk from New Street Station. Thank you to Ashraf and Catia for planning the event and also all the reception and waiting staff for their hard work.

Absolutely disgraceful! Arrived to check in and we were told we were too late but we were given no check in time. On arrival the receptionist was hostile and extremely rude ! She treated us like absolute scum ! I have never been treated like that ! It upset me and my partner and ruined our holiday. The receptionist needs to learn customer skills ! She’s obviously in the wrong job. A smile doesn’t hurt ! We are not criminals, We are paying customers. I highly do not recommend this hotel !! The room is also extremely small and not clean ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Do not come here !!!!
