A really nice hotel with friendly staff, massive rooms and full of charm. There was a slight mix up with my booking on arrival, however the staff promptly upgraded me to a suite which was huge and very comfortable. The hotel location is ideally placed next to the train station and a short walk into the city centre.

Absolutely amazing stay. Worthy of TEN stars!!!

I cannot believe how lovely this hotel is. It's perfectly situated a stone's throw from the railway station, yet is so quiet and peaceful in the bedrooms. I never heard a single train. It is very tastefully decorated throughout. The bathroom is immaculate and so well thought out. The room itself has a safe, fridge, tea making machine and extremely comfortable bed. The TV screen is enormous. It's a grand old building that has kept it's charm, yet has all the necessary modern day comforts. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. I genuinely didn't want to leave and move on. Really top class.

The hotel was very comfortable. Rooms a good size. Located next to Perry he railway station a bot of a challenge as it meant crossing over the railway station to walk into the city. Breakfast excellent Reception staff helpful but a little distant The decor of the bar is magnificent Overall restoration of character lovely.

Отель чистый, но старый, цараранная отделка, не следят за оборудованием. На 3 прибора (холодильник, чайник и торшер) только одна работающая розетка. Нет ни зубной пасты, ни тапочек, ни халата. Расположен удобно к вокзалу, но идти до центра долго по неуютным эстакадам. На завтраке нет овощей. Как часто бывает у Меркьюри, очень мало освещения в номере. При заезде у меня хотели взять с карты депозит за уже заранее оплаченный номер, о котором не было информации при бронировании. Я отказался. Этого не было в условиях покупки.

This Hotel is in a beautiful old building in a great location even though you had to walk thru the train station we never felt unsafe even a night. We were upgraded to massive top floor room with a balcony . Accor are insisting on only one welcome drink even if your platinum member
