We can't rate the hotel highly enough. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. We were given extra pillows, which my husband was pleased with and the shower was nice and hot. The staff were lovely, especially Faye and Madi, thankyou so much. Nothing was too much trouble and they even supplied me with Soya milk which not all hotels do. Our room was cleaned even though we didn't request it, excellent service. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for 2 nights first night was good second night t.v stopped working at 11pm. Told reception and asked for complimentary breakfast in the morning due to this problem was told they would get back to me. T.v got fixed but no reply on the breakfast.

Good morning, we are sorry to hear the TV stopped working but glad to hear it got fixed, this is potentially why the breakfast was not offered for free in the morning. Check in staff we extremely friendly but that's about it. The room was very tired and in desperate need of updating. We had a twin room but the beds were extremely small. We had paid for breakfast which started at 7am on a Sunday. Yes we were down as soon as breakfast started as we had plans, however breakfast very poor. No hot options out and available, bread for toasting was stale. Yogurt and fruit not good. Breakfast not worth it. The lady that was attending to the breakfast (assume cook) needs to learn to smile.

Great location and very helpful staff. Need more coffee ? Not a problem just ask at reception. Cases stored securly whilst we waited for the room. Free coffe brought to us. Will certainly stay again. Train station or coach station only 5 minute walk.

Hotel is one of the best around. Staff are brilliant and as a lone traveller you can’t beat it.. I have introduced the rest of my family to this great little hotel and now it’s part of our family vacation before boarding any ships.. so close to shops and all facilities and a safe environment .. thank you again to all the staff you make it such a welcoming place
