Had a lovely stay here, clean sizeable room. The room was lacking tea and coffee but we were able to bring one up from downstairs. Great breakfast, nice restaurant. Great location for us, near to main train line and tram stop outside the door. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable very clean hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of Westbahnhoff rail station and equally as close to primary shopping and restaurants. Breakfast served hot/cold foods to suit a wide spectrum of tastes. You certainly won't go hungry. The bar is in the greater lobby area and has a good variety of wines, spirits and beers. If you need a taxi ask the concierge staff to order for you. It literally takes 3 minutes for a taxi to arrive. A taxi to the airport is around €40 and takes 30-40 minutes traffic depending. Getting there from the airport is easy. Aside from taxis, the City Express, a fast train will take you the city centre and the orange line will take you to the Westbahnhoff. All in all, I recommend the hotel. It's easy to get to, and offers plenty of opportunities to stroll about the city. It's clean and friendly.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel, 25 min walk to the city.

This was my first time to Vienna and was very pleased with my booking at the ibis. The access to the hotel from the airport was very easy. The airport bus goes from platform 7 and drops you off at the train station which is across the road. The shopping street which brings you downtown is very nearby. Come out of the hotel, take a right and another right and keep walking straight for about 20 minutes. The hotel was lovely and warm and there was a great selection at breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially the bar staff. As a solo traveller it was lovely to come into the bar in the evening and have a drink. They also have a food menu. I would recommend this hotel as it was good value. TV channels were good, BBC World news and sky news was what I watched.

Good basic hotel. Had room 1324 which is at the side of the hotel on the top floor with great views across the city. The only thing that disappointed me was there was only a coffee making machine and no kettle or teabags/milk. You would think they would give you this as other hotels do if they offer the coffee. Breakfast was nice but could of done with more choice of eggs instead of just scrambled every day. Plenty of choice in everything else. Staff very friendly. Public areas all clean. Transport links are great once you get used to them. There are that many different choices and Vienna is huge. Didn't try the restaurant but did try the one around the corner past the Theatre. Would stay here again and just hope they start putting kettles in the rooms aswell.

What a find. Great hotel but remember to ask for rooms on the quiet side. The noisy side is near the road and train and tram tracks. Comfy beds, Good breakfasts which are busy. There were always plenty of seat and the food was replenished frequently. We loved the bar area which had a good atmosphere. Good range of cocktails and beers.
