Definetly the most important place of the Paris. Most used metro station is just 100 mt to the hotel. Also there is another line different station is just in front of the hotel door just 40 mt. Hotel was very clean , staff is really helpfull and very kind all of them. Perfect choice for Paris visit

100% serious: staff are nice and friendly and they did as much as they could to make your stay comfortable and satisfactory. I left my AirPods there and they contacted me right away. I knew it’s a busy week and they could not accommodate my late check out request yet, they proposed an alternative like advising me to conduct the conference call in a quiet area behind the lift. My call went very well - thank you Novotel Les Halles Team, you did a great job.

Great Hotel, great location very close to metro. Short walk to George Pompidou centre and Louvre. Excellent staff and lovely room. Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in room 512 and really liked it, lovely and clean. We had breakfast at hotel which was self service buffet style we paid 25 euro each adult and children were free. My daughter was 14 and she was free for breakfast (not sure what age goes up to count as child) All staff we dealt with at hotel were great.

Pros: -Hotel employees were helpful -The restaurant and lobby are clean -Next to a mall and shopping so if you need anything, it’s all within walking distance. Cons: -Glass between shower and room are not appropriate for families. You can practically see through the glass while the others are showering. Very strange. -Carpet is dingy and the room had a strange odor. -Windows open and while we thought it would be nice for a few hours, the rest of our time there was plagued by mosquitos. I will say that we didn’t call to get help with this issue because we thought we had killed them all but we kept waking up with additional mosquitos bites. It look like we visited a jungle, not Paris. There should at least be a warning not to open the windows as there may be mosquitos. -No washcloths -Toilet area smelled of urine -Loud all night as it is right next to and above a metro station -We felt unsafe at night in the area and actually heard someone screaming around 5AM one morning. Police were tending to another homeless, drunk group of four old mean the morning we left. -No pick up driveway for Ubers/Cars -Mold in shower and at entrance to bathroom above door. I would absolutely not stay here again. It feels more like an American budget hotel. The cleaning staff did a great job but they can only do so much.

Stayed one night, didn’t eat in the dining room. The hotel is an 8 minute taxi ride from Notre Dame, a 40 minute taxi ride from Orly. There is a metro stop immediately in front of the hotel but we didn’t use the metro this trip. We were happy to be able to have our dog in the room with us. The room was basic and suited our needs. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Roomy, comfortable lobby. Great location for Notre Dame area. Only two small problems. We could not get the temperature lowered in the room even when turning the system off. The floor of the shower is slick when wet. We put a towel down to be safe. Additionally the front staff recommended we eat lunch at Au Pied de Cochon. We had a not-so-great lunch but the service and ambiance were top-notch.
