Restaurant 365 has been totally renovated and offers a buffet breakfast and lunch and a la carte dinner. On Saturdays it hosts the traditional and most famous Feijoada in the city, with live music and a full buffet.

I didn't have any of the problems some reviewers below have mentioned. The address (Distrito Industrial) should give you a clue that it's not in downtown Manaus, but we didn't have any problems getting taxis (there is Uber in Manaus). The location is the only downside in that there are no shops or restaurants nearby. I went to the petrol station to stock up on bottled water as it was much cheaper than the hotel. My room was fine; clean and comfortable. My safe didn't work when I checked in but it was sorted out within a few minutes. The staff were all helpful and pleasant, though some didn't speak English (which was good for me as it meant I had to practice Portuguese). Breakfast was the standard Brazilian hotel buffet - I liked it, and though busy I always got a table. The main dinner menu was OK, with a few interesting regional dishes. Food highlight was the Sunday lunchtime feijoada buffet. It was packed with locals (usally a good sign) and I enjoyed the food, which seemed authentic.

A Motel 6 is better.

The Novotel is very understaffed. Service in all aspects is slow. I stayed four nights and canceled a future reservation. Room service did not leave clean towels. Front desk was non responsive to any requests. Restaurant was unable to keep up with the number of guests. Buffets were good, but very often the food trays took forever to be refilled. I booked an executive room and got a standard room at the more expensive rate. There was a PepsiCo company event for several days which made eating meals difficult. It felt more like a cafeteria. Rooms are very small. TV controls were in chinese. Fortunately, Netflix controls were english. Andrea at the front desk was like a strict matron. Towels are very thin. A Motel 6 looks better

I'd stay here again next time.

I couldn't find anything wrong with it. Really nice place, staff were great and English speaking mostly. Good breakfast, decent pool, good sized clean room with good facilities. It's not close to the centre but for between 20 and 30 reais you can get a taxi from the hotel which takes about 10 minutes or so. There are always taxis parked outside the hotel.

Took FOREVER to check us in even though they didn't seem to be busy. When we got the room ... via a very smelly corridor where sheets were being sorted and the room completely stunk too. I have never been in a room the smelled so bad. Very run down room with wires taped up to the electricals, the shower and bathroom had seen better days. VERY hard bed. No safe in the room. This was eventually brought to us. Couldn't use the pool facility as there was a Honda/Commercial event going which taken up all of the shared spaces. Massive orange balls in the pool and motorcycles etc on the poolside! Breakfast was OK

It was a great experience for me in Amazon. I felt very comfortable and happy. Housekeeping was doing in a regular basis. I liked the restaurant so much especially the delicious breakfast, but the menu was in Portuguese. Would be better to be in English also. All workers have a smile faces and they were collaborative especially Julio and Pamela who helped me so much, very professional and competent people. Thanks again and I hope to visit it again 😊
