Spent 2 nights here on an Acklams holiday en route to Italy. After reading a lot of negative reviews, i was surprised what a nice hotel it was. As a solo.traveller nice to.get a l9mg size bed, continentap.breakfast was better on returm joirney on way out, bit manick, no plates, cutlery had to ask twice for orange. Apart from this , good hotel would return.

Just a bed & open cupbored rail for hanging few clothes . no coffee sugar tea kettle . milk hairdryer . 1 bath towel 1 hand towel, nothing else in. Very poor basic , needs updating Wouldnt recommend,

A warm and comfortable overnight hotel, convenient to the motorway. The room was comfortable and impressed with the bedding, as I prefer a thick duvet and firm, but comfortable pillows. The bath was a problem to get into, as there was no non slip mat, but I used one of the towels to provide safe entry to the shower end. Unfortunately the bedroom carpet was very badly stained with dark brown/black marks, paint stains? And other people on the coach, reported the same problem, otherwise the rooms were clean. The restaurant went out of it's way to provide me with a meatfree salad, which was not listed on the menu. I was quite overwhelmed at this service as it is very unusual to be offered this. Above and beyond! Well done Ibis Metz Wioppy!

Very dated building, the room that was given to us had a bad smell of feet. The carpet did not look clean at all. We ventilated the room and luckily it improved. Staff friendly, breakfast is ok with both sweet and savoury options. The parking is spacious with security cameras. We did not try the restaurant

Excellent hotel a nice dinner in the Boucherie restaurant at the arrival in the evening and comfortable room for a good sleep. Room documents were prepared at arrival so no waiting for check-in, service in restaurant was wonderful and efficient, quality of food was superb.
