Expensive place to stay awake all night

A $600+ room that thumped bass music from panthers till two. Didn’t sleep at all the room was not any kind of sound proof. The manager offered free breakfast like that was any kind of compensation for having to get up and check out to go home to get some sleep. Charged a fortune for bugger all comfort. Tv came on by its flat at 2 and the constant noise from outside as well as the hallways. This place absolutely sucks passing itself off as an expensive decent hotel, it is not. Will be finding alternative accommodation arrangements for my wedding party. An absolute rip off!

Stayed one night while on business, great hotel with welcoming staff. Older building that has been renovated to a modern standard. Room had everything you need, large by modern standards, renovated spotless bathroom with excellent shower, nice welcome gift, comfy bed with large tv. Next to the Penrith Panthers club if you want to visit. Will stay again when in the area.

We had to visit the area for a funeral and, for starters, this hotel was nice and handy. The bonuses were innumerable: fantastic staff who always went the extra mile and were friendly and professional; very clean room with comfortable beds and a strong shower; lovely cool air con (it was 37 degrees outside) and a great little cafe in the lobby. Their barista coffee and milkshakes are fantastic! We had a continental breakfast there both mornings and it was perfect. We can't thank the staff enough for making our trip much easier and will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Dirty, hair on the floor through the bath room, hair on pillows, so room poorly cleaned. The air conditioning for the whole complex must be directly above my room 202, as it sounds like like a jet taking off constantly. You can hear very word and conversation of people in the corridor, Even over the air conditioning……lucky I packed the ear plugs!

Great location, nice rooms, well equipped, staff were amazing, were very helpful with all our needs, beds we’re comfortable, close to shopping and activities, restaurants and the leagues club. Great little coffee shop inside reception
