I had a tiring fmday after FHA. Got a warm welcome from the staffs and during check in. Went to the front door of my room, and found it's occupied. KePing saw my situation and helped me by calling her supervisor. KePing helped me took care of my big luggage and I went to reception to settle the issue. In a fast manner, check-in staff helped to change my room number and walked back to my room happily :) Grateful to KePing that I do not need to carry my big luggage throughout the whole process.

Overall good hotel, excellent staff, but disappointing room.

Hotel staff were very good, friendly, and helpful. Room service/House Keeping was excellent, thank you to Cai Ting. The hotel room was disappointing, as very small and very poorly designed, there is very little storage, no full length hanging and only 6 coat hangers for 2 people. No coat hooks, had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcase under the bed. Bathroom was small with very little surface space to put items. Room was modern, clean, but not designed with the best use of the available space. Trendy but not at all practical, could have designed it much better ourselves. Have stayed in much better rooms. Any issues were dealt with by the excellent staff.

Остановились в этом отеле на 3 ночи после круиза. Отель расположен в тихом районе. До метро пешком минут 10, также по расписанию ходит бесплатный трансфер до 2-х станций метро и обратно. Очень признательны сотрудникам на ресепшен, что нашли готовый номер и заселили нас в 9 утра, не дожидаясь 14:00. Сам номер не большой, но мы легко разместились с двумя чемоданами. Очень понравились большие для Сингапура бассейны, после дневных прогулок, было приятно там отдохнуть с баночкой пива и чипсами. Единственный минус, в декабре в Сингапуре дождливо, а в отеле нет зонтов, якобы все разобраны постояльцами. Пришлось покупать зонты в соседнем продуктовом магазинчике 7Eleven, благо он находится в здании отеля, т.к. шел жуткий ливень и нам не пришлось куда-то бежать.

Business Lounge’daki personel çok kibar ve ilgili.( Özellikle Thava isimli görevli). Yemekler ve aperatifler güzel. İçki çeşitleri iyi. Atmosfer iyi. Şehir güzel. İnsanlar saygılı ve cana yakın. Tekrar tatil maksatlı ziyaret edilebilir.
