公司員工旅遊入住ibis,身為法國雅高飯店品牌之一,本來期待很高,但是住了一晚整個失望透頂😌😌 飯店位置很不錯,對面附近有藥妝店、7-11,而且離雞場街夜市很近,旁邊又是小印度區,地理環境我給滿分💯 3/16晚上入住房間就先打開房間空調,希望房間更涼快舒服,因為室外溫度真的太熱了🥵隨後就出門去馬六甲市區閒晃走走,約2小時回到飯店房間,溫度完全不對,空調完全不涼,立即反應給導遊協助處理,得知我們整層樓的空調系統都是故障的,附近其他同事們房間也是有問題🤨陸續協助更換房間,而我們是到了快23:00才更換房間,整體飯店體驗很失望😞 隔天早餐整個讓人傻眼,7:00飯店餐廳員工動作慢慢吞吞才剛來上班,約8:00早餐餐檯食物幾乎全部是空著,很多東西都沒了,完全讓人更失望,一天的開始早餐是很重要的,結果再次讓人失望透頂😌沒吃幾樣東西就離開了,完全沒胃口,離開時飯店經理有來道歉,是因為昨晚空調壞掉而道歉,早餐部分完全沒說明,只能勉強接受,謝謝再聯絡😔😔😔😔😔

Un grand bâtiment moderne, de belles moquettes, un personnel très gentil. La chambre est grande et le lit ultra confortable. La salle de bain agréable. Juste deux remarques : les murs ne sont pas assez insonorisés et nous entendons les personnes passant dans le couloir, les voisins, les télévisions. Ensuite, la salle du petit déjeuner est également très bruyante. Le choix des aliments est large mais très accès « asiatique » et les européens sont un peu délaissés. Ce qui serait normal dans un petit établissement local mais insuffisant pour une grande chaîne internationale. À part ces remarques, l’emplacement est parfait pour une belle découverte de Malacca.

Vue de la chambre horrible donnant sur la cuisine de l'immeuble d'en face, on avait l'impression de vivre chez eux. Buffet du petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur, bruyant, manque de choix, viennoiseries trop cuites ou molles, pas de thé vert, pas ou peu de fruits, boissons froides non étiquetées on ne sait pas ce qu'on boit. Pain mal décongelé, non tranché, j'ai vu un client partir avec la miche entière ne sachant pas ce que c'était je pense, car pas d'étiquette sauf Pastry ... trop vague. Impossible d'avoir une omelette ou des oeufs au plat vu le délai d'attente, pas de cuisson faite à l'avance ...

Siamo stati in questo hotel solo una notte ma ci è piaciuta la sua posizione centralissima e sopra tutto la sua vicinanza, da fare a piedi, al centro di Malacca Hotel pulito sia nelle camere che nelle parti comuni. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole camminare e godersi le meraviglie tradizionali di Malacca.

Perfect gelegen hotel om te voet de stad te verkennen. Naast het hotel ligt het zwembad, dit is mooi en schoon. Perfect om even de drukte te ontlopen. De kamer is schoon alleen zeer klein. We hadden een 3-persoonskamer wat inhield dat op een kleine 2-persoonskamer een extra bed bijgeschoven werd (gebeurt wel vaker en is geen probleem als de ruimte er is). Er bleef geen loopruimte over en voor de tassen was ook geen plaats meer. We hadden dit graag vooraf geweten, dan hadden we graag bijbetaald voor een extra kamer of een grotere 4 persoonskamer. Dit was nu niet meer mogelijk. De badkamer was prima en schoon met een ruime inloopdouche. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, echter wel 90% Aziatisch georiënteerd. Voor wie gehecht is aan een westers ontbijt is de keuze beperkt, maar nog steeds prima. Restaurant is hele dag (tot 23u) open. Is ‘s avonds wel leeg. Eten in de stad is gezelliger 😉. Desalniettemin kregen we een prima maaltijd geserveerd door vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kaart en alles was beschikbaar. Ietwat aan de prijzige kant volgens plaatselijke begrippen, maar voor een Europeaan nog steeds goedkoop. Onze taxi naar KLIA kwam ‘s ochtends om 4u. Ook toen stond er vriendelijk personeel klaar voor het uitchecken. Zelf nog een kopje koffie en een ingepakt ontbijt voor onderweg meegekregen (sandwiches, croissants, water en sap). Ondanks de te kleine kamer is dit hotel een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Malakka.
