First some stay, great place to getaway!

My lil family and I stayed 3 nights at the Pullman, with the intention of having a lovely relaxing time, soaking in the beautiful wonders of the south west. We arrived a little earlier than check in time, but our villa was already available for us which was nice. Check in process was smooth and we settled in our villa seamlessly. Housekeeping had set up an extra single bed for my daughter (8), which was unexpected and a nice added touch. The villa was well set up, with everything in good, clean working order. The kitchenette felt homely with items and utensils provided for cooking. First night we ordered room service from onsite restaurant. There as a slight confusion with our order (restaurant claimed they didn't receive the order but I ordered online with receipt), and 90 minutes later we received it. I would have appreciated a call back from the restaurant and/or apology which we didn't get. Food however was delicious but it was quite late when we received it. Daily buffet breakfast was lovely, staff worked hard to maintain a good flow of food on the tables. There was a good variety of food options, catering to many dietary requirements. As it was school holidays, the hotel had a schedule of activities for kids, and also a fun zone set up with board games, ping pong table and puzzles which they could access at certain times of the day. One of the conference rooms was set up for movie night with big pillows and teepees which I thought was really cute! The housekeeping crew and porters were very friendly and helpful, and some of the females looked so beautiful with flowers in their hair! We later found out that some of them are from Fiji, and from talking to them, I loved how proud they were of their work ethic and ethnicity. We didn't spend time by the pool, as we were at the adjoining private beach almost every night watching the sunset and stingrays play in the water. Thank you for a wonderful first time stay. Special shout outs to Sally and Salote (both Reception) and Nemz (porter) who provided such great service. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Bella struttura con appartamenti tutti ad un piano sparsi per il resort. Camere grandi con mega saloni dotati di lavatrice, asciugatrice e cucina. Buona e molto varia anche la colazione, peccato per il ristorante per la cena dove l'aria condizionata è altissima!

Leider das Geld nicht wert. Das Hotel bzw die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem mangelt es an Service und Qualität. Ein Grossteil des Personals besteht aus Backpackern, welche ungelernt, ohne Anweisung und unmotiviert arbeiten. Bemerkbar wird die vor allem beim Housekeeping. Dies wurde meist erst gegen 18 Uhr durchgeführt und mehr als Handtuchtausch war nicht drin. Definitiv keine 5 Sterne, max. 3.

A Bunker Bay é a praia mais bela do Cape Naturaliste - e uma das mais belas da região de Margaret River. Pullman Bunker Bay é um resort 5 estrelas que nos proporciona o que há de melhor em todos os sentidos! Estadia, conforto, comida, estrutura e beleza: tudo foi indescritivel! A piscina com borda infinita é perfeita, e a vista do mar de lá quase te faz esquecer da praia. Os quartos ficam em volta de uma lagoa, e quase todos tem uma varanda sobre o lago. O restaurante Other Side of The Moon é divino! Sem dúvidas uma experiência p lá de incrível na Austrália.

Para quem conhece a região, falar em Bunker Bay é falar na praia mais bela do Cape Naturaliste - e uma das mais belas da região de Margaret River. O que muitos não sabem é que atrás das dunas de Bunker Bay há um resort 5 estrelas... A linha Pullman da Accor fala por si só - e ao adquirir o resort Quay West em Bunker Bay, acertou em cheio. O lugar é tão grande e completo que você viaja em Golf Carts dos quartos / villas até o centro. Lá longe na imaginação, chega a lembrar de Jurassic Park... A piscina com borda infinita é perfeita, e a vista do mar de lá quase te faz esquecer da praia. Os quartos ficam em volta de uma lagoa, e quase todos tem uma varanda sobre o lago - e são equipados com forno microondas, pia e tudo o que você precisa para curtir as comidas da região enquanto descansa no quarto. O banheiro é todo em mármore e a banheira fica ao lado de uma porta de vidro que dá para outra varanda - um misto de liberdade e privacidade, maravilhoso. Por fim, depois de toda esta experiência positiva, vem o restaurante Other Side of The Moon... Além do sabor divino, o preço é inacreditável para o padrão australiano! É a melhor experiência que vivemos na Austrália - e não sei se vamos achar algo superior...
