Пишу и наслаждаюсь, незабываемые моменты. Любимый Китай,незабываемый Хайнань. Наслаждение,эмоции,культура,все прекрасно. Отель который оставил столько впечатлений для нас уже второй раз незабываемый, крутой😍😊😇 Менеджер отеля ..симпотяшка Максим, и самый крутой гид экскурсовод Григорий 🥰Такой кайф отдыхать душой и телом🤪😉🤗 Наш отпуск благодаря нашему туроператору Наталье и silfue travel Fun Sun..👏👍

We chose the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort based on the location of the resort. Its a friendly and family orientated resort. As i don't speak mandarin, i'd thought I would struggle but the staff was amazing. Before officially booking, Celia was most kind helping me book a 3 bedroom apartment for 2 families and a grandma to have a family celebration. Celia even went that one step further to arrange a cake on the actual day and decorate the room. She was super nice. We also, had Kevin the concierge who helped booked big mini vans to help cart our family around Sanya to anywhere we wanted , with 12 hours notice and was very flexible to our needs. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very attentive. A lady called Cindy was especially nice to grandma and remembered that she likes her coffee extra hot so she would bring her coffee every morning. A really nice touch. Overall, we loved the Pullman, it had lots of activities for the children and also if you were there to just chill, you could also. We did do some sight-seeing such as the big white statue. If you do go, remember to bring your passports for entry. Remember to setup Wechat with payment to make your life easier. Wechat did everything and was our main source of communication with the staff. We also like to thank Carrie who looked after our apartment and our family when we were staying in the room.

Отель отличный. Завтраки на любой вкус. Персонал на высоте. Но, на Английском говорят единицы, на русском - только отельный гид. Собственный пляж, подземный переход к нему. Шезлонгов на пляже мало, хочешь успеть - беги с утра) У бассейнов место есть всегда. Мини-аквапарк. Весело и детям, и взрослым) Впечатления только положительные. Вернемся не задумываясь.

Одним словом отдых удался! Красивый отель с шикарной территорией, утопающей в зелени! Отель не новый, но все очень достойно, чисто и аккуратно! Постельное белье шикарного качество, удивило приятно наличие меню с ассортиментом подушек (!) Пляж хороший, спокойный через подземку от отеля! Рядом есть санаторий Тибет в пару минутах ходьбы, где можно получить лечение! Кухня вкусная и разнообразная! Отельные гиды молодцы китаец Сергей и парень славянской национальности! Помогали решить любые вопросы! В целом отдыхом довольны! Рядом с отелем есть KFC и Макдональдс, уйгурские кухни, если надоест китайская еда. За шопингом на пешеходную улицу! Там есть все и цены адекватные! Если нужны сувениры, фрукты домой с собой обращайтесь к Сергею, у него есть знакомый хозяин сувенирной лавки. Сам заберет с отеля на своем авто отвезёт за фруктами и к себе в магазин и привезёт обратно . трансфер при этом бесплатно ! Надеюсь отзыв будет полезным!

Em local sossegado, este Pullman Hotel Oceanview é o local ideal para descansar. Com uma piscina de areia e muita zona relvada, possui também uma piscina de beiral infinito para Tomar banho e descansar.
