Sistema de climatização do quarto não funcionou. Questionada a recepção foi-me dito que o sistema de arrefecimento estava desligado até fim de Abril e que a solução era abrir a janela sob minha responsabilidade. Inaceitável numa unidade Mercure.

Localização e só! A rede Accor está em franca decadência, mas esse é o primeiro hotel que vejo piorar após reformas. Já tinha ficado aqui, e tinha optado pelo opcional “privilege”, que é um lounge aonde vc tem bebidas, petiscos e café da manhã em um ambiente diferenciado. Em minha estada anterior, valia muito pagar por esse opcional, podia substituir até a diária com café da manhã por ele. Não mais! Pura enganação hj, um roubo, uma piada de mau gosto! Sucos sem gelo, vinhos baratos, café e amendoim. E só! (Veja as fotos) Nem vou falar do quarto minúsculo pois já sabia, mas não ter ar condicionado foi o pior. Ao reclamar para o recepcionista, o mesmo me disse que como era inverno estava desligado. Tive que corrigi-lo, pois já é primavera. Na cara de pau me disse que pra eles ainda não… Pedi para falar com o gerente e ele ficou correndo de mim por 3 dias! Uma vergonha, mas entendo o que ele deve passar. Eles se dão 4 estrelas, sendo que no café da manhã não tem nem torradeira, nem fazem ovos de outra maneira que não seja o que está no bandejão. Uma pena ver o declínio de uma rede. Uso pontos transferidos da Livelo para pagar as hospedagens, pois quem gasta qualquer centavo com eles está sendo roubado. Se tiver pontos, use, de outra forma, tem muitos outros muito melhor nas redondezas.

Instalações são excelentes, mas começou obra próxima barulho 07:00 manhã (inaceitável)
