Bonjour moi qui suis souvent en déplacement pour le travail et ayant séjourné dans plein d'hôtel différent, je trouve celui d'une qualité exceptionnelle le personnel est souriant et accueillant ,le repas du soir très bon, les chambres de qualité et confortable.de plus très bien placé et calme .je recommande sans hésiter. Nous sommes venus pour le petit-déjeuner uniquement nous n'avions pas passé la nuit à l'hôtel. Nous avons reçu le meilleur accueil et la personne responsable du petit-déjeuner était très professionnel et notre a fait montre de sa gentillesse en offrant un assortiment de bonbons à notre petit fils. Petit-déjeuner de grande qualité réapprovisionné en permanence. Félicitations, ne changez rien.

If you're not an EU citizen or if there are non-EU citizens in your group, I highly recommend you to avoid this hotel because you will be asked to fill lengthy forms, which is not the case in other hotels.

This hotel is more like a Super 8. It is located in a business district with no restaurants within walking distance and there is a train that passes by a few blocks from the hotel that goes into town. After a long day of sightseeing and the darkness, it is unreasonable to have to find the train, pay the fare, find a restaurant and then get back to the hotel. The hotel does have a restaurant and our first dinner was included in the tour. Fourteen of us tried the dinner and the only thing eatable was the dessert. When asked the next day who wanted to reserve a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner, not one person in our group reserved. Now we are searching the internet for the closest restaurants in the area only to find out no taxi's will come so far out of town. We were there three miserable nights and ended up buying snacks during our tours and eating them in our room for dinner while we watch tv that all in French. Some of our tour companions were in rooms with no or broken tv, so I guess that was a bonus. We have stayed in quite a few Mercure hotels that were fine. Stay away from this one. We were traveling with SmarTours on the Heart of France tour. Several of us have complained to them about this hotel but it is once again offered on their 2023 tours.

Dear AlaskaMomofTwo, We thank you for your comment...6 months after your stay. Further to this one and those you post on other hotels of your trip, we understood that you did not enjoyed it at all. We are sorry for you, but if you want to be refund by the travel agency, there is other way than discredit hotels and restaurants more than 6 months later. We are a four star hotel, we offer television in ALL our rooms, and there are ALL functional. we accept criticism, preferably well-founded, but not lies. Sincerely, Marion, front office manager

Não gostei do hotel e não indico. Quando chegamos o funcionário foi super impaciente para explicar o local do estacionamento. Passado isso, fizemos o check-in é quando fomos para o quarto notamos que o banheiro estava usado. Nos mudaram de quarto e nos colocaram em um que a cama é bem ruim. Realmente não indico.

Olá, Lamentamos que a sua estadia deu errado. Retomamos os procedimentos de limpeza e controle do ambiente com o pessoal do piso para que, no futuro, esse mau funcionamento não volte a acontecer. Teremos muito prazer em recebê-lo durante uma futura estadia na Normandia. Nós lhe imploramos para acreditar, Senhora, senhor, na expressão de nossos melhores sentimentos.
