Wir waren 3 Paare und bekammen bei der Ankunft gleich ein Zimmerupgrads, welches aufjedenfall Mega war. Das Hotel an sich war super eingerichtet und äusserst sauber. Zimmerservice war ebenfalls äusserst gründlich. Personal überaus freundlich und das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Pullman-Strand wurde per Hoteltransfer mit einem kleinen Shuttle problemlos erreicht und war auc mit tollen Liegen ausgestattet. Einziges Manko, da kann jedoch das Hotel nichts dafür, war eine Mückenplage, es war praktisch unmöglich zu Abend zu essen ohne 50x gestochen zu werden. Leider war im Mai eine lange Regenzeit, welche die Vermehrung der Mücken förderte. Wir haben uns auch massieren lassen und waren mit der Massage ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Alles in Allem ein sehr toller und angenehmer Aufenthalt, welcher auf jeden Fall 5* verdient hat.

Escolhi o hotel pois estava viajando com meus filhos, queria descansar num resort por alguns dias entre minhas paradas na Sardenha. Um hotel muito caro, preço de 5 estrelas, mas com serviço decepcionante, e um péssimo custo-benefício. De início, já no check-in, como membro Gold Accor, tentaram me vender um upgrade, sendo que, como Gold member eu tinha direito a um upgrade gratuito, me enrolaram, disseram que era por causa das crianças, e me cobraram um adicional bem caro, sendo que as crianças sequer tomam café da manhã ou jantam a comida do buffet do hotel, um absurdo. O serviço também muito precário, falta de treinamento aos funcionários, totalmente despreparados para atuar num hotel dessa categoria, desde o check-in até o atendimento na piscina muito deficitário, apesar da boa vontade da maioria, principalmente as camareiras. O quarto foi uma péssima experiência, cama com colchão horrível, velho, mole demais, realmente um dos piores que já experimentei, os colchões do Ibis são muito melhores. O ar condicionado totalmente deficitário, não esfriava nunca, por várias vezes o quarto ficava quente, devido à logística com as crianças não tive nem como pedir troca de quarto. A água do chuveiro em certos momentos sequer caía, outra falta grave. O café da manhã e jantar eram bons, mas bem abaixo do padrão italiano, pelo menos na parte continental a comida é bem melhor. De qualquer maneira conseguimos nos alimentar bem, sem filas pois nossos horários eram mais cedo, o tumulto começava quando saíamos. Piscina ok, sem espaço para bebês, crianças maiores conseguem brincar, as menores não gostam. O serviço de praia é excelente, desde o carrinho de tênis que faz o transporte continuamente, até a base de apoio na praia são muito bons, cadeiras, toalhas, brinquedos para as crianças, bar, tudo muito bom, e a praia é maravilhosa. Talvez tenham um mal atendimento no hotel para os hóspedes fugirem para a praia. Outro ponto negativo era o welcome drink para associados do clube Accor, que nesse hotel nos foi negado, pela primeira vez após viajar por mais de 30 países se hospedando na rede, realmente uma decepção.

On the other hand, I am sincerely sorry to learn that you were disappointed with some other facilities and overall value for money. With the help of my team, I was able to identify your reservation and found out that the upgrade was offered in fact from a garden-side Classic room to a garden-side Superior room! The extra charge requested was due to the fact that the original reservation was for 2 adults and did not specify the presence of 2 children as well. Having clarified this point, I can assure you that our reception team is aware of all the benefits linked to the various levels of the ALL loyalty program and is always very attentive to their proper provision to eligible members. That’s why I was amazed to read about the free welcome drink that you were apparently denied. I have not been able to verify this point with my team so I cannot give you a fact-based answer in this case. However, I apologize if this happened and made you feel unrecognized as a member of our loyalty program. Also, I was very surprised by your appraisal of the room, particularly regarding the bed since all of our mattresses are new and top quality as required by the Pullman brand standards. Regarding the malfunction of the air conditioning and the weak water flow from the shower, I am sorry you failed to report them to our reception since they would have taken immediate action to fix these maintenance problems as quickly as possible in order to assure you the maximum comfort for the rest of your stay. Finally, regarding the absence of a baby pool, I would like to inform you that a new water game including a pool for children have been introduced in our Baboo Village this year. Also, I would like to point out that in our main pool there are three different depths (starting from 40 cm) clearly marked and designed to meet the needs of our guests of all ages and swimming abilities, including children to whom we always provide kid floats to make their experience more comfortable and safe. Although this is not the kind of feedback we love to receive and work hard for, I sincerely thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Infelizmente o hotel deixa muito a desejar. Quartos antigos, o primeiro quarto q nos deram a porta não fechava completamente, fomos informados q naquela ala, todos os quartos eram assim, optamos pagar mais e ir para outro quarto, era realmente melhor, mas a cama ao deitar em 2 virava “canoa”. Restaurantes de péssima qualidade, muita comida e pouca qualidade. Piscina boa. Praia bonita. Transfer hotel praia funciona bem. Funcionários na grande maioria faziam apenas a obrigação, não estavam dispostos a fazer uma estadia agradável ao cliente. Enfim, não penso em voltar.

At the same time, I am sincerely sorry to read that other aspects of your stay did not live up to your expectations. All of our rooms are constantly followed and monitored by the maintenance teams, having every door always fully functional. That is why it seems strange to me that our staff told you differently. I was able to verify that the first room assigned to you was one of our garden-side classic. Being outside and not being able to install the magnetic key, they have a classic lock closing mechanism, I am sorry you found some difficulty in closing it. Considering now the bed, I am sorry it was not to your liking. I would like to point out that all of our mattresses are of the highest quality and meet all the comfort and standard requirements of 5-star hotels, as reflected in the feedbacks from our guests. Therefore, I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations. On the other hand, as for the restaurants, I am sorry you were not satisfied. However, I would like to assure you that this year we have increased the resources dedicated to the food quality of the restaurants and buffets. Concerning now the comments to our staff, we regret that you found them unwilling to go beyond their normal daily routine. But at the same time, I am truly sorry to learn that your stay was not totally up to your expectations. I am quite surprised by your comment on the bed that you found uncomfortable, as the quality of the mattress and bedding are usually greatly appreciated by our guests. I would also like to clarify that our beds strictly meet the highest standards of the Pullman Bed concept, that have been specially designed to offer the greatest orthopedic comfort and ensure perfect support of the spine during sleep. The well-being of our guests is our priority, so I regret that you did not report this point of dissatisfaction to the reception since we are available to replace on request any items that feel not comfortable enough and we probably could have found a solution (e.g. we have different types of pillow). Regarding the air conditioning, I am really sorry that you encountered this malfunction. But again, according to the maintenance records, the problem seems not to have been reported. I can guarantee that if you had informed our Reception we would have taken immediate action to solve the problem as quickly as possible in order to assure you the maximum comfort during your stay.
