We stayed here for a special occasion - my partner and I, flying in from Melbourne. We work so hard and times are tough so it is not very affordable to take too many holidays. I booked a staff rate being an Accor staff member in Australia at the time The rooms were lovely and well appointed looking over the kangaroos and mini vineyar. The food at the restaurant was outstanding as was the service . We were told to produce our Bienvenue card at checkout for 15% of food and beverage The next day we checked out. The duty manager/ assistant manager rudely refused to offer the 15% staff discount of food because the card was not presented the the restaurant itself. I explained to him that the restaurant said to produce it at checkout. The duty manager said "well you're a staff member right, you should know, no staff card - no discount- fair deal" lol lol lol. I was disgusted and gobsmacked with his reply and attitude, to the extent that the receptionists overheard and their jaw dropped. I didnt take on the matter further because i did not want to ruin our special getaway I was an assistant manager myself and in NO WAY EVER would i speak to a customer like that even if they were a staff member . He said he could put in the discount but i knew he could through Opera lol. What an absolute joke . I ended up telling my whole team back at work and they were also shocked . 😳

Stayed in one of the villas; extremely tired accommodation for the price. Accidently left a mobile phone charger there-cheaper buy a new one than buy and post a pre-paid self addressed small parcel box to the Vines for them to send it back to us. (We are within the Greater Perh area, it would have simply been nice for them post it to us themselves, from the significant profit they operate at). All in for the money, limited care for the customer.

fantastic room large and well presented with all you could need. excelent location with the added bonus of Kangeroos and lots of beautiful birds. meals of a good quality and reasonably priced. all staff welcoming and friendly overall a great experience.

Overall; great value, comfortable and worth a stay.

I rang the Vines directly and received a great deal- $480 for 2 nights with a bottle of wine, mini golf for 3 and $50 food and beverage voucher. Rooms- Booked the Resort Room with 2 queen beds. Simple but well appointed. Nice balcony and good bathroom. - The room needed another vacuum as there was debris left from previous guests Facilities - great pool for families with plenty of room despite being packed during 41 degree days - Lovely resort grounds with the hotel having a style similar to some hotels in Asia - Cafes were fine for quick snacks, Vines Cafe was only option for dinner and food was overpriced and poor quality - For peak season, it would have been nice for the breakfast buffet to be open later than 9:30 and for the pool bar to not close at 5. Service - lots of young staff who would benefit from more training as they weren't overly knowledgeable or warm. Overall; great value, comfortable and worth a stay.

Fomos ao The Vines Resort num Getaway de aniversário, e confesso que não achei que seria tão bom. O hotel é grandioso, clássico, e a área do hotel é muito bem cuidada e charmosa - mas tudo isso gira em torno do Golf. É fantástico o fato das instalações do hotel ficarem no nível superior em geral, ligadas por passarelas, com diversos Golf Buggies passando por baixo o tempo todo. Não fica tão afastado da cidade, se levar em conta a idéia de estar entre as vinícolas. O preço é bom para a localização, muito bom para um Novotel, e excelente para o padrão Australiano. Mas o banheiro não reflete a qualidade do hotel, com o chuveiro dentro da banheira deixando à desejar.
