ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมอยู่ตรงข้ามพระราชวังหลวง อาหารเช้าครัวซองค์อร่อยโดยเฉพาะน้ำผลไม้หลากหลายทุกอย่างสด โยเกิร์ตอร่อย มีติ่มซำ มีแชมเปญให้ด้วย พนักงานก็เป็นกันเอง ดูแลดีมาก ประทับใจมากค่ะ มาถึงก็ได้รับ welcome drink และผ้าคล้องคอที่สวย ใช้พันคอและคลุมกันแดดเวลาไปเที่ยวที่Ankor Watและปราสาทต่างๆ ได้ด้วย ทำให้ถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยงาม

Ho soggiornato 4 notti al Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor nel mese di Febbraio 2024 e vorrei condividere la bellissima esperienza avuta. L'arrivo sono stato accolto dal personale molto gentile e fatto accomodare subito con un drink fresco nell'area salotto che dava sulla magnifica piscina. Dopo poco sono stato accompagnato alla mia stanza molto confortevole, che si affacciava sulla piscina. La pulizia della stanza e del bagno impeccabile! La Spa e la piscina mantenute molto bene così i giardini dell'Hotel. Tutto il personale preparato, gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. I ristoranti hanno servito piatti molto buoni con carni e verdure sempre freschissimi. Il ristorante cambogiano serve menù prefissati con gli anni dove l'Hotel ha visto occasioni particolarmente importanti. Ne vale davvero la pena provarli! Ho trascorso giorni davvero indimenticabili e se potrò ci tornerò!

這次到暹粒特別在萊佛士住一晚，順便幫妹妹慶祝周年與自己的慶生，飯店的安排非常的貼心，在我們享用下午茶的時光，安排了慶祝儀式，送一束非常美的花，妹妹和妹夫非常的感動。也致贈我們免費的生日蛋糕，讓我們吃得很滿足。此外適逢農曆新年小年夜，飯店特別致贈每位住客一條繡有萊佛士酒店的圍巾，好貼心。果然是經典五星級飯店的服務。我們住的是主樓最高樓層，所以有機會搭乘飯店最經典的電梯，這部電梯從1932年啟用到現在，讓我們體驗到復古電影場景裡面的電梯模樣，非常的有趣。晚餐在1932餐廳享用，服務還不錯，餐點比較偏柬埔寨的風味，味道偏鹹。很喜歡他們的泳池，很美很乾淨。飯店也有男女烤箱蒸氣室中間還有要穿著泳裝的共用按摩池，讓我們可以消除一天的疲累。早餐也是很經典，很多服務人員一起幫大家服務，感受到無比的尊榮，離開時飯店還詢問我們的機場接駁時間，司機到飯店就立刻通知我們，飯店已經提早幫我們確定接送的司機，感謝飯店的努力，大家在萊佛士酒店度過美好的時光。

ゆったりとした時間と空間の中で寛げる、とっても素敵なホテルでした。 プルメリアの花の香りに迎えられ、クリスマスの🎄飾りもシック。 部屋にはウェルカムスゥイーツがプラスクリスマスバージョンのマカロンもあり嬉しい。 シャワーブースもバスタブも熱いお湯がたっぷりと出ます。 ベッドも寝心地最高です。 朝食の内容は連泊してもメニューに変化があり楽しめます。とても美味しい。夕食のステーキも美味しかったです。スパのマッサージはアンコールエスケイプを選びました。ボディフェイシャル、ヘッド全身をたっぷり時間をかけてほぐしてもらいました。プールは広く、深い所もあり綺麗でした。レストラン1932はワインセラーに400ものボトルが、更に1000本を目指しているそうです。 ドアマンの扮装もアンコールワットらしい。手動のエレベーターにお試しで乗せてもらいましたが、嫌な顔ひとつなく、いつも、ゆったりと微笑んでサービスしてくれました。 最高の時間を過ごせました。

Beautiful location, greedy staff

Wunderschönes Interieur aber die Führung des Hotels ist einfach schlecht. Das raffles ist neben dem Aman das teuerste Hotel im Ort, dementsprechend erwarte ich, dass das Personal so bezahlt wird, dass es nicht ständig fast schon aggressiv nach Trinkgeld bettelt bzw. danach giert. Es ist wahrlich nicht angenehm, wenn Personal in das Zimmer einer Frau kommt und zu zwei Männer so unnötig lange darin stehen, bis sie ihr Trinkgeld bekommen. Oder man im Fahrstuhl begleitet wird bis zur gewünschten Etage. Man merkt, dass es keinerlei Freundlichkeit ist sondern immer eine Gelegenheit an noch mehr Trinkgeld zu kommen. Dieses ständige betteln, dieser ständige verströmte Zugzwang Trinkgeld zu gebeten nervt unfassbar und ist mir in noch keinem asiatischen Hotel je so aufgefallen. Ja, das Setting des Hotels erinnert an das Mandarin oriental in Bangkok aber bei Gott, das Ambiente, der Flair wird man mit solch einer Führung des Hotels nicht hinbekommen. Denn eines ist sicher, dafür ist die Hotelführung verantwortlich. Diese muss klar kommunizieren, dass ein solchen aggressives betteln nicht erwünscht ist. Zum Vergleich: ein durchschnittliches Monatsgehalt für ein Kambodschaner beträgt 130 Dollar. Eine Abholung vom Flughafen (1 h Entfernung) im Ford kostet 160 Dollar. Es ist also genügend Spielraum vorhanden, die Mitarbeiter anständig zu bezahlen.
