Lovely gym and pool

This review is for the Spa Naturel section of the hotel. I've be going regularly for 2 months now and although I should go more to the Gym ( I'm still working on the motivation bit of it), without a fail I'll go to the Aqua fitness on a Monday night. I've been to many gyms/ courses before, but I love the atmosphere Matt has managed to create. Not only is it fun and high energy, Matt puts the effort in to make it suitable for all levels of fitness. The whole team (now that there has been a few changes) are friendly and always happy to help.

I stayed here as it is close to Whilton Mill karting. Nice hotel, great location with loads of parking, food was nice and the staff were exceptional - always smiling and nothing was too much trouble (esp Kim P). If you are going to Daventry or even Silverstone I would recommend!

I had dinner with a friend I was served by Kim B and she was super attentive very polite and helped with selection of our meal. The food was good and the excellent service from Kim B was exemplary THANKYOU Kim B the ambience and cleanliness was superb Kim ensured it remained so throughout our meal

Cheery Breakfasts

Anelin made our breakfasts very cheery. She was always up for a chat and engaged with all guests whilst maintaining attention to detail in her waitressing. Her welcoming smile each morning and fabulous customer service really added to our stay!

Cet hôtel a son parking payant, non affiché sur le comptoir de la réception, ni sur la voie d'accès de ca parking, non éclairé, non abrité et en mauvais état. Il n'est pas non plus signalé par le personnel de la réception, malgré la demande faite pour savoir s'il est possible de recharger un véhicule électrique, donc qu'il y a une voiture à stationner. En payant le jour du départ, je signale que je n'ai pas pris de p.d.j., mais il m'est facturé. Pas de demande si j'ai un véhicule au parking. Professionnalisme dans cet hôtel égal à 00. Par contre, envoi d'une contravention, dont le coût est supérieur à celui de la chambre. Là, chapeau! Les autres hôtels du groupe ACCOR, à Northampton ou Milton Keynes sont nettement au-dessus au niveau service. Aucune réponse de la part d'un responsable suite à un mail envoyé pour signaler ce problème, ainsi qu'après un signalement au service client ACCOR, montre l'état d'esprit du management et donc du personnel. A éviter, il ya mieux pas loin.
