Отель очень хороший. Сервис высокий, персонал внимательный. Но есть нюансы. Заказали в номер еду, принесли с волосами- отвратительно. Второе замечание наверное не совсем относится к отелю, но имейте ввиду- выспаться не удастся. С улицы очень много шума, долбит саб-буфер, вибрация от которого была аж на 11 этаже. Рядом в баре орут пьяные до утра. Вообщем, спала только в берушах. Еще нужно понимать, что до моря ехать около часа. Отель точно не для отдыха. На 1-2 дня для деловых поездок. Найти приличное место поесть в округе-тоже проблема. Ходили прям в центр старого города(минут 20 хотьбы) или ели в отеле. Но рядом есть пару цивильных массажных салонов. Спасибо , но скорее всего больше не вернемся в него.

พนักงานน่ารัก มีการต้อนรับที่เอาใจใส่และยิ้มแย้มเป็นอย่างยิ่ง อาหารเช้าดีมาก ห้องพักดีกว้างขวาง สะอาด เตียงนุ่ม นอนสบาย แอร์เย็นมากไม่อยากลุกจากที่นอนเลยค่ะ ส่วนโรงแรมทำเลดี ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมือง ชอบมากๆเลยค่ะ หากมีโอกาสกลับไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

ファミリーでコネクティングルームに宿泊 子供がタイ料理苦手なので「佐藤のごはん」を朝食会場でレンチンをお願いしたら気持ちよく対応いただき感謝です スタッフも親切でした ただし、一部屋のバスルームだけ下水臭かったのが残念 もし一部屋は問題ありません クリスマスでケーキのデリバリーも受け取っていただきました。 朝食も美味しいです 近所に市場、屋台もあり平気な方は楽しめます プールはちょと小さめですがあります

O hotel é bem confortável e próximo ao pier, o que facilita no embarque (ou desembarque) de Phi Phi Island. Tivemos um pequeno problema com odor de cigarros no quarto e andar onde ficaríamos, mas fomos prontamente transferidos para outro andar e quarto perfeitos. Por conta disso, as refeições que fizemos no hotel tinham que ser pagas na hora, porque o sistema do hotel não reconhecia a troca de quartos, mas ok, isso não chegou a ser um problema. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar. O café da manhã é bom, para os padrões asiáticos, com opções de frutas, pães e frios. Nas proximidades do hotel, há vários mercadinhos onde se pode comprar amenidades. A casa de câmbio, também próxima ao hotel, fecha cedo, mas há outras opções na rua principal.

The hotel is very comfortable and close to the pier, which makes it easy to board (or disembark) from Phi Phi Island. We had a small problem with cigarette odor in the room and floor where we were staying, but we were promptly transferred to another perfect floor and room. Because of this, the meals we had at the hotel had to be paid for at the time, because the hotel system did not recognize the change of rooms, but ok, that was not a problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to help. Breakfast is good, by Asian standards, with a choice of fruits, breads and cold meats. In the vicinity of the hotel, there are several markets where you can buy amenities. The bureau de change, also close to the hotel, closes early, but there are other options on the main street. Hotel com excelente localização, principalmente do Rassada Pier. Staff super prestável e simpática, quarto excelente, bem equipado, muito limpo, com boas camas e qualidade de sono. Pequeno almoço excelente com muita variedade.
