โรงแรมอยู่ติดตลาด ตอนเช้ามีของกินรอบๆตลาดเยอะ เดินไปหาของทานได้ตลอดมีร้านดังๆอยู่แถวนั้นเยอะ หมี่โกลา ราดหน้าคุณจี๊ด โอวต้าว โกอ่าง ติมซ่ำอำนวยพร หรือแม้กระทั่งเดินไปเมืองเก่าได้ประมาณ 15-25 นาที ที่จอดรถมีไม่เยอะ แต่สามารถจอดที่โนโวเทลได้เหมือนกัน รอบๆพวกต้นไม้อะไรต่างๆไม่ค่อยดูแลเท่าไหร่ ทำให้ดูรกๆโทรมๆ พนักงานฟรอนท์บริการดียิ้มแย้ม แต่หลายๆฝ่ายจะไม่ค่อยจะประสานงาน และให้ข้อมูลไว้กับพนักงานทางทีมฟรอนท์สักเท่าไหร่ แถมยังไม่มีผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้าที่พอจะให้คำตอบ หรือสามารถตัดสินใจอะไรได้เลย ทุกคำถามจะต้องรอวันถัดไป แต่สุดท้ายผู้จัดการยังแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าบางอย่างไม่ได้ด้วยซ้ำ ตัวห้องพักปกติ แต่ฟรอท์แจ้งห้อง 2 เตียง แต่ได้ห้องแบบเตียงชิดกัน ต้องให้แม่บ้านมาแยกเตียงอีกรอบ ไม่ชอบห้องน้ำ ไม่มีที่ดูดอากาศ มีช่องว่าง แถมห้องอาบน้ำไม่มีที่แขวนอะไรทั้งนั้น Wifi อย่าเรียก Wifi เพราะต่อแล้วไม่ค่อยใช้ได้ Welcome Drink แนะนำไปแลกที่ Rooftop Novotel อาหารเช้าไลน์อาหารน้อย ไม่ค่อยมีอะไร พนักงานที่ห้องอาหาร บริการดี ถึงคนจะเยอะก็ตาม ทีมหลังบ้าน Admin ใน Facebook ดีมาก ติดต่อคอยประสานงานให้ข้อมูลตลอด อันนี้ชื่นชม

Excellent séjour ! Personnel charmant et Grâce à Marien qui nous a bien conseillé nous avons pu faire et voir plein de belles choses ! Notamment des sorties en bateau visites de temples de musée de l'aquarium et de bons restaurants. Merci a tout le personnel

Hôtel très agréable, mettant à disposition toutes les installations du Novotel juste à côté, piscine, rooftop, restaurant etc. Le personnel est gentil, souriant et serviable, notamment Marien de la réception qui nous a conseillé et guidé afin que nous passions un séjour inoubliable, un très grand merci à lui.

Excelente e moderno, bem localizado, próximo ao centro e também do pier. Quartos bem confortáveis e espaços. Internet wi-fi disponível gratuitamente. O staff é muito atencioso e simpático. Deixo aqui especial recomendações para FON, KUANG e NUMNIM que nos dedicaram muita simpatia e atenção no atendimento.

O hotel é agradável e limpo, mas não gostei muito da área do hotel. O quarto tinha um estilo bacana e estava sempre limpo. O café da manhã não tinha nada demais, mas era razoável. O atendente do hotel foi muito bacana com a gente para providenciar nossa ida à Krabi.
