I went for a big cat show over the weekend of 22 to 25 Mar 2024. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Just one hiccup during my stay: they gave me a room that was already occupied! I checked in at 1:30 am and the room they assigned me to had people sleeping -- I was scared when a dark shadow got up from the bed as I entered. I couldn't imagine the horror those guests must've felt too when I came barging in the middle of the night! The kind staff took care of the situation straight away and checked me into another room. Hope they apologized to the guests that I've startled that night. Aside from that accident, everything went smoothly. Housekeeping is efficient in cleaning my room everyday. Front desk staff are accommodating and always willing to help. Great location for people who have shows / exhibits to attend to in Impact Arena.

เป็นโรงแรมในเครือ Accor ที่ตั้งอยู่ใน Impact ผมว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่ถูกเมื่อเทียบกับในตัวเมืองกทม. แต่ก็อาจจะสูง เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมรอบๆอิมแพ็คครับ ข้อดีของโรงแรมคือมี Skywalk เดินไปถึงอิมแพ็คเลยครับ ผมมาถึง ที่เช็คอินมีเยอะมากครับ แต่เปิดแค่ 1-2 ช่อง ทำให้รอคิวพอสมควร แต่พอได้คิวก็เช็คอินไม่นานครับ ผมพักเป็นห้อง Standard room ราคาตอนนั้นไม่รวมอาหารเช้า 2009.- เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมในaccorถือว่าไม่แพง แต่เมื่อเทียบกับรร.ย่านนนทบุรีถือว่าสูงครับ ห้องพักเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานIbisเลย เตียงนุ่มสบาย แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ ห้องน้ำเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ก็เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานแหละครับ ส่วน Facillityอื่นๆไม่มีครับ ฟิตเนสหรือสระว่ายน้ำก็ไม่มีตามราคาโรงแรม หากได้สิ่งเหล่านี้ให้พักเป็น Novotel ดีกว่าครับ ห้องอาหารข้างล่างผมว่าตกแต่งดี แต่งสวยเลยครับ เป็นแนวGreen เหมาะกับการนั่งทานอาหารก่อนออกไปเดินimpactครับ

If you have to be at this area for a convention or concert then this would be the best place to stay. Rooms are small but that is the brand. Housekeeping was excellent, I was on 12 floor.breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Two restaurants in building so plenty of food choices. Easy walking to halls thru overpass. Very nice reception greetings and pleasant smiles. Will stay again.

Good for who will attend concert at Thunderdome

It was nearby the thunder dome, where the concert held, so it become our choice. The hotel was clean. The receptionist also helpful. The room was clean, also the bathroom. It is far from the city centre.

I overthought it and booked a one night stay here, between my flight from Cambodia and my flight to Vietnam. I was just worried about connections and possible missed flights. After one night at IMPACT, I was so happy that I did. I love this hotel. It was easy to get to and from the airport. The room was great. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with lots of food choices, and the Groove & Greens Cafe quickly became my home away from home. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was outstanding. The hotel is also a covered walking bridge away from a shopping mall. I walked over and saw a movie. I will definitely book another stay here, before leaving Southeast Asia.
