Stayed 3 nights for business. Stayed in the Mews Rooms they were very clean. Had Air conditioning and Iron and ironing board provided. Good selection for breakfast. The thing that stood out for me was the staff, they were all so lovely, so friendly and so helpful.

I booked this hotel for a few days away from my wife and daughter for some bonding time. I had booked two nights for the but the lack of quality of the hotel shocking poor cleanliness meant that they left a day early! This really says it all I would avoid at all costs

My son and I stayed here over the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff were all lovely, especially Barry who my son thought was fab and Marta who was lovely and helpful. Our room was great with comfy bed for me and sofa-bed for son. The room was very well equipped with everything we needed plus a great view over the sea. Breakfast was also very good. Lots of choice and tasty. Hotel is perfectly located walking distance to all the attractions and its own carpark is a bonus.

I have never met any check in staff like Barry, he treated me like I was booking in for £1000 per night room, so polite, helpful and just always had a smile, willing to help with anything, if even loaned me his personal umbrella, what a lovely man

Mon expérience au Mercure Brighton a été un véritable enchantement. A l’arrivée, le hall et sa décoration participent à créer une ambiance accueillante. L’hôtel est situé face à la mer, non loin du quartier de Lanes (compter 15 minutes à pied), de plus l'accès facile au parking juste derrière l'hôtel a grandement facilité notre arrivée. L'accueil professionnel, accueillant et arrangeant du personnel a été un véritable point fort. La chambre était bien équipée et propre. Je le recommande vivement pour son rapport qualité / prix.
