Dear Sassybird47 Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We are deeply sorry to hear about the poor experience you encountered during your time with us. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in several areas. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the food quality and cleanliness. It is unacceptable that your meal did not meet your expectations, and we have already taken steps to address this with our kitchen team to ensure that such incidents are not repeated I have removed this item from the company menu and sent your comments to our food development team for review. Furthermore, we are deeply concerned about the presence of an insect in your room we connected our pest control who done a search of the room and found no further insects. Please rest assured that we have immediately addressed this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to conduct a thorough inspection and ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all our rooms. Your feedback regarding the need for more staff, a deep clean, and maintenance has been duly noted. We are actively working on implementing improvements in these areas to enhance the overall experience for our guests We understand that your decision not to visit again is a reflection of the shortcomings you experienced, and we truly regret that we were unable to leave a positive impression.
