Отдыхали в марте 2024.Отель оставил двоякие впечатления . Номер у нас был в основном корпусе. Номера требуют ремонта ,как и весь отель. Как-то в нем скучно. Половина бассейнов где самая красота не работали ,сказали ,что не хватает рабочего персонала ,что бы за ними следить Напомню отель находится на второй линии .Хотелось пользоваться всей инфраструктурой отеля .Если бы мы знали об этом заранее ,мы бы выбрали другой отель . Территория вилл очень красивая ,ухоженная. Такое ощущение ,что за виллами ухаживают а основной корпус так себе. Завтраки хорошие ,разнообразные. Ужины опять же скучные ,хотелось живой музыки ,какого то красивого освещения ,все таки отель 5 звезд .Вообщем ожидания отель не оправдал ,вернуться желания нет.

The hotel is really nice and the staff are plesant. BUT it is very dated and need a good cleanup. We stayed in a villa 6022 which was lovely and peaceful. The pool was clean and warm on very hot day. The living room over looking the pool was where we spent time as it was cool and relaxing. The bathroom was large and clean but needs updating. Check in was so slow and our villa wasn't ready, which was a surprise as it seemed it hadn't been used in awhile. Had lunch in the restaurant while we waited which was good but expensive. Was given 3 different menus which was confusing. Again the staff were lovely. Breakfast is a free for all and just looks a mess. The staff dont have a clue. Western food mmm cornflakes coco pops boiled sausage and fried egg. Not a great selection. If you love Chinese food go for it but use your elbows to get anything. The hotel has teamed up with a company to book trips amd cars who in my opinion are next to useless. Chocolate fireguard comes to mind. The beach is walking distance and is plesant with activists to do. It can be busy. Would I stay here again, maybe as they cant get any worse. 4 star hotel 2 star staff with regards to doing their job. 5 stars for staff friendliness.

The hotel needs some serious TLC, everywhere you go from entrance to pools some and most things are not operational. In the rooms so many things are just falling apart and the gardens are not kept well. I was really disappointed. The service on the most part was excellent. Soda bar was not good and a request to the staff felt like I was giving them so much work and could see they didn’t want to do their job. We were fortunate to stay in a villa with our own pool and that was the saving grace. The cleaning staff was amazing there and so friendly so thank you to 黑阿姨. The assistant manager Mike was very helpful and kind as well as the restaurant manager Gerry they truly went above and beyond to help. Now the beach situation is really a walk to get to as you need to go through the adjacent Marriot hotel to get there but the ocean there is really beautiful. This is not a resort I will likely recommend or stay at again. Best to choose the other Pullman in Sanya Bay which we’ve stayed at twice previously. As Accor platinum members we always use the website to check for lounges as it’s a great perk and it stated the hotel does have one which it doesn’t. The dinner buffet was at least good but pricy. M

Probably the best value for money in the area!

We stayed in the Villa, really enjoyed our huge private space and pool, and the service though scarce, was friendly! However the whole hotel is a little sad as it looks becoming decrepit, and the breakfast was not very good and dampened the stay a little. That said, overall great spot if you’re looking for bang for buck! Will come back, wont book breakfast! (Also shout out to Linda and the rest of the check-in staff who took care to make sure we felt accommodated throughout the stay).

OMG - this only gets 2 points for the lovely villa

Let’s start on the good point. The Myanmar Pool Villa is very nice. Not completely secluded, but close. Pool is a nice size. Bed comfortable. Lovely outdoor waterfall shower. Very nice spa. Ok - now service - The odd person tries. But everything takes time. Long waits for shuttle buggy (it’s a big site you need them). Food deliveries take time. Room was cleaned, but not the pool area. No new towels etc.. I complained - when they came, they cleaned the whole room again ! 30mins of cleaners. Food & Beverage- 1st time a bar hasn’t had tonic water, or even rum to make cocktails. Not much beer being chilled - except Budweiser. Buffet - ok, I arrived late, but food choice was limited. Over cooked. Poor quality ingredients. 1st time I’ve felt depressed going for a buffet at a 5* hotel. Breakfast not much better. Couldn’t believe no fresh pineapple or coconut milk in Sanya ! The room service App by the way doesn’t have a lot of the things being advertised either. So - would recommend the Villa - but eat out & get your own drinks. Order ice & put it in the fridge - it’s a cool fridge, not a chilling one, so it needs help.
