The place was pleasant and maintained clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff Mr. Venkat and Rajdeep were calm and helped with our requests. Very dedicated staff. Will definitely recommend this place for family, business trips in Bangalore.

Es ist jedoch anzumerken, dass die Einrichtung derzeit die weniger ansprechenden Aspekte einer 3-Sterne-Bewertung widerspiegelt. Empfangserfahrung: Das Personal an der Rezeption ist für seine Freundlichkeit lobenswert und verkörpert den Standard-Check-in-Prozess mit einem Hauch von Professionalität. Obwohl ein wenig Papierkram involviert ist, ist es handhabbar und entspricht den Erwartungen. Essen im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss: Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Mittagessen sind vorbildlich und zeichnen sich durch einen großartigen Service und lobenswerte Reaktionszeiten aus. Eine besondere Erwähnung verdient Shubradeep, dessen aufmerksamer Service und die Fähigkeit, Bedürfnisse ohne Worte zu antizipieren, wirklich hervorstachen. Die Führung durch den Chef des Personals und den Koch sorgt für ein angenehmes Essenserlebnis, wobei die freundliche Art des Kochs eine persönliche Note hinzufügt. Unterkunft - Zimmer 804 im 8. Stock: Das Zimmer hält sich an den klassischen Ibis-Stil und bietet eine Größe, die gut für Alleinreisende geeignet ist. Es wird jedoch durch abgenutzte Innenausstattung, eine instabile und veraltete Toilette und zu weiche Betten beeinträchtigt. Eine unglückliche Begegnung mit Bettwanzen wurde umgehend mit Desinfektionsmittel behandelt, beeinträchtigte jedoch den Gesamtkomfort meines Aufenthalts. Dachterrassenbar: Bitte beachten Sie meine separate Bewertung für detaillierte Einblicke in das Erlebnis an der Dachterrassenbar. Abschließende Gedanken: Mein einwöchiger Aufenthalt war passabel, wurde jedoch leicht durch die unerwartete Begegnung mit Insekten und das Gefühl getrübt, dass die Zimmerpreise nicht ganz den aktuellen Bedingungen entsprachen. Während das Hotel in bestimmten Servicebereichen, insbesondere beim Essen, lobenswert ist, besteht Verbesserungsbedarf, um sicherzustellen, dass die Unterkünfte den erwarteten Ibis-Standards entsprechen.

Ficamos por 2x neste hotel. A primeira vez nos deram um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e num andar baixo( péssima experiência) , depois nos deram um quarto bem melhor com cama de casal e num andar bem alto. Foi outra experiência. Café da manhã muito bom! Atendimento ótimo, staffs super prestativos. Recomendo.
