So many bad experiences here : 1. The bathroom is dirty please see my photos 2. The baby crib was so bad is not proper to sleep in 3. This is not baby friendly room not suggested to bring your kids here. The bed has sharp elbow tip that can injured anyone who pass throught it 4. Can't borrow eating utensils even for baby's eating needs 5. The receptionist hung up on the phone (ms egha) more than once because she didn't want to connect to the manager and lied that the manager hadn't arrived yet. When I went down to the lobby, it turned out that the manager (mr Arhi) was already there and I complained about borrowing eating utensils for my baby and they were given them. I was stayed on 31 march 2024 on room no 404 under name Danny W.

helpfulness staff is always be a good point when i visit a hotel and i find it here. however i should make review for the restaurant floor. it looks filthy, it makes me sad because this place used to be our fave place to stay. hope the team can make improvements for this subject. thank you joyceline and the receptionist for helping me today

Hotel bintang 4 (accor) yang telah lama berdiri di bandung, sampai sekarang masih dalam kondisi yang rapi. Kamar nuansa pastel yang sangat nyaman. Rasa makanan ok terutama pastry super enak. Terima kasih pada hotel yang telah mempersiapkan kamar di posisi terbaik, aa habib (receptionist) yang sangat membantu penitipan barang, membawa barang sampai kamar, mempersiapkan train station drop off, dan teh mey yang mempersiapkan afternoon high cofee di square restaurant. Hal yang perlu improvement: variasi breakfast kurang, selang shower bocor, & tingkat hospitality agar ditingkatkan kembali utk beberapa karyawan hotel. Hotel ini termasuk direkomendasikan saat menginap di bandung.

Stay 2 hari disini , Kamarnya nya nyaman bersih wangi rapi cuman sayang kalo mau minum harus ambil dulu air mineral di dispenser yg terletak di dekat lift tapi it's okay semoga kedepannya bisa di tingkatkan lagi untuk fasilitasnya. Di waktu sarapan pagi makanannya enak enak dan banyak variasinya apalagi kalau weekend ada sushi sama cotton candy nya, service nya juga oke terutama mba lia yg sangat membantu dan ramah selalu tersenyum dan ada mas naldy juga yg selalu menawarkan bantuan sampe anak saya bilang om nya baik banget.. mksh juga loh udah dibuatin piccolo kopi nya enak sampe nambah 2 kalii hehehe.. semoga dilain waktu bisa kesini lagi, terima kasih novotel bandung.

Quarto bem limpo e bom tamanho,boa localizacao para ir as compras com carro ou ir a pe. Facil acesso para deslocamento devido ser proximo a area central. Cafe da manha diversificado tanto com comida local como western.
