Hotelnya sangat bersih dan dekat dengan Masjidil haram. Pelayanan memuaskan. Terimakasih untuk Saiful Islam yg selalu memberikan pelayanan terbaik selama kami menginap d hotel Pullman zamzam. Makanan juga enak dan bervariasi. Menu lengkap mulai dari menu arab, buah, coffee, roti, telur dll.

Ficamos mais de uma hora tentando resolver o problema,os recepcionistas de forma alguma querem ajudar.Fizemos a reserva pelo booking,e o quarto saiu pequeno,queriamos trocar o quarto,e isso gerou o maior estresse ,uma pena .Péssima experiencia
