In die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und wirklich okay. Frühstück für Veganer eher eintönig, Milchalternativen vorhanden, Früchte auch. Dazu auch die typischen kleinen Dosen mit Aufstrich. Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer zweckdienlich, vollkommen ausreichend.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück ( muß extra gebucht werden) Speiserestaurant ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen , zu unserer Reisezeit recht teuer und auch das Parken kostet extra . Mit Auto und auch mit der Bahn gut erreichbar .

On the face of it, the hotel looks nice but it's showing it's age with a tired look. Check in was quick and room was nicely sized but the safe didn't work and the reception was not very keen to help. I asked if I costore my valuables in the office safe but it took a bit of persuasion before they would let me. Room had great air conditioning and was quiet. Breakfast was god with plenty of choice.

Avoid this hotel, the staff at the reception desk is extremely unfriendly not to say rude, and totally unwelcoming to foreign guests. This is an old communist style building, however, well located in downtown Potsdam and with a good breakfast buffet.

Me and my boyfriend spent two nights at Mecure Potsdam. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and clean. The man at the front desk was very helpful to us and provided us with information about the area. The breakfast was very nice and had a good selection available. My only negatives are that the pillows were very flat but lumpy at the same time (I didn't request another which maybe I could have). Also, depending on how comfortable you are around your partner, the shower and toilet sharing a sliding door was very unusual to me and maybe a deal breaker for some. Other than those two minor things, it was overall a great experience, the area is wonderful, easy to get to Berlin at the HBF and the area of Potsdam is convenient not having to get public transport and things being within walking distance.
