The hotel is good, except we didn't feel welcome.

We booked 2 nights 24.12-26.12. We arrived at the hotel at around 9-10pm. The lady at the reception didn't say a single word. No greetings at all. The check in was quick because she didn't say anything except telling me to fill in and sign the chek in form. She didn't tell us where and what time the breakfast is. I have never experience any check- in like this before. Maybe she didn't want to work on the 24th, this is the only reason I tell myself. We didn't feel welcome at all. Apart from this, the hotel itself is quite ok. The bed is comfortable and the room size is ok. The breakfast choice is quite good.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Musicalbesuchs hier zu Gast und haben ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht, das erstaunlich groß war. Die Personen an der Rezeption waren nett, unser Zimmer war sauber (Telefon muss allerdings abgestaubt werden!), hinten raus und recht ruhig. Klimaanlage, Schreibtisch, Wasserkocher, TV, Safe und Kleiderschrank waren vorhanden. Im Bad beim WC war es eher dunkel, weil die Spots nur im vorderen Bereich des Bades waren. Die Duschwand war zu kurz, man musste beim Duschen sehr aufpassen, dass man nicht zu sehr spritzte. Duschgel, Seife, Shampoo und Fön vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren gut, wir haben gut geschlafen. Doof war, dass es unsere Handys nicht geladen hat, weil wenn das Licht ausgeschaltet ist, funktioniert offenbar die Steckdose neben dem Bett nicht. Haben dann im Bad geladen, da ging es (die Zimmerkarte muss nicht gesteckt werden, damit man Strom hat). Um 8:45 am Sonntag klopfte das Zimmermädchen schon an die Tür (und wir checkten an dem Morgen schon aus) und ließ kaum 2 Sekunden Zeit, schon ging die Tür auf! Das sollte nicht sein. Man sollte also jedenfalls das Schild raushängen, wenn man etwas länger schlafen möchte und das Zimmerpersonal sollte besser geschult werden. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab eigentlich alles, was man brauchte. Die Pfannkuchen und das Rührei, Würstchen etc wurden nicht so angeboten, wie man es sich bei 4 Sternen erwartet. Das sollte verbessert werden (siehe Fotos). Der Kellner in der Bar war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar um 23:00 noch Tomaten-Mozzarella-Toasts zubereitet, obwohl es eigentlich kein Essen mehr gab. Das fanden wir sehr nett! Wir würden wieder kommen, aber die paar kritisierten Punkte könnten teilweise einfach behoben werden.

Boa opção para quem chega cansado depois de horas de voo e conexões. O problema ali está nas poucas vagas para estacionar o carro. Como cheguei no Sabado e fiquei apenas uma noite, não tive problemas, mas durante a semana certamente dificultaria pois trata-se de uma localização com muitas empresas por perto. O restaurante oferece um bom cardápio

Estivemos neste hotel de passagem para justamente visitar o Museu da Porsche. Deixei o carro estacionado na rua mesmo por sugestão do front desk. Os quartos foram bem silenciosos (alugamos dois quartos) e o jantar foi muito bom. Café da manhã excelente.
