The staff treated us like gold and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in Paris. The location made it easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go. We would highly recommend the Raffles Paris to anyone. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

Chic Hotel with one of the best staffs I have ever experienced. More attention to detail than hotels 2x price.

All of the staff was amazing. The kindness the attention to detail he assistance with travel, scheduling tours, scheduling, shows, attending events, was handled with the upmost care. Check in and check out experiences were simple and pleasant. Everyone at the desk is lovely. The hotel itself is a visual masterpiece and the food is spectacular.

The reception and all the staff are all amazing, very helpful and and accommodating. The building structure outside is looking like you bring into the past but the room is super nice and clean. Easy to travel outside my kids really love the place for sure we will come back.

What a wonderful stay in a unique hotel with refined design and a team attentive and responsive to all requests. The hotel is very centrally located to allow easy commutes within the city. Nothing went overlooked and this qualifies as one of my best hotel experiences, at least in Europe (if not beyond).

The hotel is beautiful, the location nice, the F & B very good but the element that sets this hotel apart is the AMAZING service from every single member of the staff. Management at this hotel is either perfect at selection or training or both. From the minute we pulled up to the hotel until the minute we left every single encounter with any member of the hotel team was flawless. While the hotel sits a bit outside the “center” of Paris the location was actually quite nice and gave us an opportunity to explore a little bit of a new area. The location certainly did not detract from the overall stay. Our room was very nice and the hotel is very easy to navigate. We travel frequently and are very lucky in being able to in nice hotel . . . Even so the only hotels I can recall with service this top notch were the old Mandarin in Vegas and the Peninsula Beverly Hills.
