Only one night but very pleasant stay and staff were both friendly and courteous. Good location close to main roads and easy walk to local nature park and shops. Hotel is large and rooms are clean and spacious. Reception staff were very helpful.

I have been sent away with my company multiple times now. I am always satisfied with my stay here. The rooms are spotless and the staff are very quick to respond to any issues with the room. Having my food in the bar would be no doubt the best part. The energy of the bar is always so inviting as well as the staff. I was served this evening by Kiera and Maisie who ensured all my needs were met. I look forward to my next visit here in a few weeks time. Would definitely recommend for business/casual.

I have been a member of the Leisure Club now for over 2 years, when everyone doubted that I would attend I have kept up my early 6.30am swim and in the last few months I have started Aqua Fit on a Monday night with Matt. Aqua Fit is great, fun and definitely something I would recommend to guests and members - it is open to everyone. It would be great to have a few more classes and looking forward to seeing more events for members. There has been some issues with the cleanliness of the Leisure Club but I can see improvements with this and it is nice to have staff that great you at 6.30am with a smile, keep it up as it really does make a difference.
