We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the hotel. The location was perfect for Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur and Montmartre. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. We loved our little room on the top floor with at cute tiny balcony. Our dream of a view of Paris rooftops was perfect from here. We could even see the top of the Eiffeltower and enjoy the sparkle every night - it was so romantic!. Super clean hotel and they had made a card wishing us a happy honeymoon with a tray of delishious macaroons. And every day they gave ud a little bag of fabulous homemade cookies. So sweet <3 We highly recommend! Even though the neighbourhood is filled with adult shops it is very safe so dont let that put you off from booking this sweet hotel!

We traveled as a big group and were really happy with the stay and the help we got from the staff. We would especially like to thank Ms.Shamsa that helped set up the breakfast earlier for us as we initially had to leave before breakfast time. The only things that could have been better would be the size of the rooms (it was difficult to walk in the room with suitcases in the way), as well as the location (X-rated shops in the whole street).

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, staff are very helpful, friendly and experienced; our room has a nice small balcony overseeing the beautiful pigalle area. Subway is only 2 mins walk, walking to all shopping malls in 20 mins, a lot of restaurants close by. Room is comfy and good size. We would go back there again

Worse Mercure hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Felt uncomfortable and staying at a subpar motel. 1. I can hear footsteps from different rooms and floors above me! I can hear guest watching tv next to me til 3am. Not sketch! 2. Ceiling felt it was shaking at times when doors were closing in room above me. 3. Beds are stiff and cheap. 4. Room is more like a motel 5. Area is surrounded by sex stores and bodegas. I really wish I knew this. 6. Someone was knocking at my door at 8am but didn’t say who they were when I asked “who is it.” I realized the door didn’t have a peep hole which made me feel very unsafe. There were a lot of men checking in this hotel and we are surrounded by sex shops so the thought of a predator crossed my mind. The doors absolutely need peep holes! 7. Not of Mercure quality… the Best Westerns in Paris seem a lot nicer. Yikes! 8.

Dear madam . Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your comment on your stay. This one caught my attention because it does not reflect the majority of comments about our hotel. I am sorry that you did not enjoy the hotel and the neighborhood which is very lively and a place very close to historical monuments, and cafes and restaurants and the metro.... I'm sorry you had noise upstairs. Our beds are equipped with quality bedding with a comfort mattress topper... But the impression of the bed is always very personal. We make it a point of honor that our guests have the best stay and I ask you to accept our sincerest apologies if you did not have this feeling. Our hotel is fancy with business guests, many couples and families so I don't understand why you have only seen men.... And the majority of teams are women.I hope you will give us the chance to welcome you again and I assure you that we are all mobilized for the well-being of our customers.
