Nice and rrelaxing ambience. Friendly and helpful staff., especially Isaac is patient and service with a smile.keep it up Isaac😊 I will not hesitate to recommend friends to come to this Cafe. I also got a good 50% deal on the cakes. and pastries

Had a great afternoon tea experience at 1864. The tea set had a very good balance of savory and sweet items. The service from Chris was superb too. He is very attentive and friendly, which makes the afternoon very enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again soon.

Hotel is situated in a convenient location . Nice and cosy place for High Tea .The food selction for both sweet and savoury was good. .Osborn was very friendly and attentive. .Had a great time with girl friends .Will definitely come and visit again .

Would like to give a shoutout to Osborn who had the most amazing service and attitude. She is very accommodating and attentive. Was here for hi-tea. We told her we were here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and she arranged something on the spot for us. Would definitely come back again to find her! Thanks Osborn.

Celebrating friend’s Bd @ 1864. We arrived early for our Hi-Tea and the staff Osborn offered to serve us tea first while wait for the Hi-Tea to start. She is very friendly, approachable who attend to us attentively. Shout out to her great service!
