Worst Design, Arrangement, and Size Ever

The hotel is situated in a reasonable good location being near to Bugis Junction and Bugis Plus Mall... but this is hardly the shopping district of Singapore.... The size and the arrangement of the loft rooms is probably one of the WORST I have seen in hotel design .. The loft is a joke ! With the stair case taking up almost 25% of the lower floor space and the upper floor is basically the size of a queen size bed !!!  Where is the practicality and functionality in that !! One will knock their head frequently just trying to make a cup of tea or coffee as the TV, kettle, etc are all placed below the stairs !! Everytime the neighbour move or sneeze, I could hear them !! I am sure they could hear me too !! Where is the privacy?? A complete waste of money upgrading to this loft room... This will be my first and LAST time coming here...

Perfection location and that's the strong points of this hotel you can't ask for more because everything already nearby bugis+ mall and bugis junction including the MRT blue and Green line. Service of the staff just so so not even friendly except Ms. Avigail at front desk she really good take care of us. Breakfast very simple one not much choice and we staff here for 5days.

Went to Singapore for taylor's concert, got bundling from Klook with Mercure and upgrade to signature loft because my additional friend came. Shower area and toilet area was separated, with glass wall and no ceiling, so your friend can hear clearly what happen inside. No bidet in toilet.The bed not really big, with one sofa bed in front of television and one chair with table. They provide free tap water near the westafel area, and cupboard for hang your clothes. The view was city view (building and any other transportation). The location was perfect near everything, such as MRT, bus, restaurant etc. Everything was good except the toilet, i cant poo if people will hearing it, lol.

Check-in was a breeze and the location was perfect. Room was abit small but that is expected given its central location. Room was clean and modern though. Buffer breakfast is a great spread but can be abit crowded later in the mornings. It is close to two shopping malls and train station and a number of local coffee shops.

Best hotel!! The staff are friendly and the location is great. Very child friendly. We love our room. We stayed at 14th floor and we can see the bugis mall. Very near in everything and there is bus stop in front of hotel. But we prefer train since we have stroller.
