Had an amazing stay with Novotel. Mr Divyansh at the reception and Mr.Soumya at the reservations desk helped us in rescheduling the dates of our stay without any hassle. Staff was very hospitable and welcoming. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable and a luxurious getaway. Thank you Novotel for making our stay memorable.

Smelly rooms with mustard oil like unbearable odour. Nearly unresponsive staff. The amenities promised were missing from the room. Room service is a big joke. No one showed up! Every time i had to reach the reception for small things. Never visit this property if you just want to go to imagica.

Horrible room service I requested so many times for bedsheets and blanket. My kids crashed and after half an hour they got the comforter, Meanwhile I had to cover my kids with the bathing towel and still we had to wait for another 10 more mins for bedsheets. Horrible guests service. Wont prefer this property again. Will prefer to get back home rather than spooling my night. On top of it the person on help desk named something Vidyansh or (something sorry for wrong pronunciation) he was actually making me count that how any times I have called and made the same request.

Amazing stay. The best part is the Square restaurant. Melina, Chandan amd Sagar will go out of their way to help and assist. They are warm amd courteous , always with a smile. The room service us ezceptionally good and always prompt. Overall the staff is very helpful and always ready to assist amd cater to your concerns.
