What an absolute gem. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Our room was fab, the beds comfy, everything spotless. Breakfast was excellent with a vast choice of high quality food to suit every taste. Complimentary afternoon tea is an additionsl treat. Staff were wonderful - nothing too much trouble and always a smiley welcome. We loved our stay here. I can't praise it enough. I'd give it more stars if I could !

Hotel zlokalizowany około 25 minut spacerkiem do Luwru, cichy, elegancki, z pięknymi pokojami. Śniadanie typowo francuskie. Bardzo miły, zorientowany w każdym temacie i uczynny personel, zwłaszcza na recepcji. Nie było zadnych problemów z wykorzystaniem uzbieranym punktów Accor czy SPA&Dinning. Bez problemu otrzymaliśmy późniejszy check-out. Polecamy! / The hotel is located about a 25-minute walk to the Louvre, quiet, elegant, with beautiful rooms. Typical French breakfast. Very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating staff, especially at the reception. There were no problems with using the collected Accor or SPA&Dinning points. We received a later check-out without any problems. We recommend!

My wife and I stayed in November 2023 for about four days. From the time we walked in the front door we were made to feel very welcome. Our stay was also a late celebration for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming and explained all we needed to know about the hotel and its facilities and nearby dining, transport and tourist attractions. When we walked into our room we were met with a welcome message from the hotel and balloons with the hotel name on them and a small plate of sweets. Things like this make your stay just that little bit extra special. The hotel's best asset was the staff. They were always happy to talk with us about where we were from. What we'd seen since being in Paris, and asking us about Australia, our home country. Obviously this hotel is an upmarket property, but the service we received was well worth it.

We stayed here last weekend (1st March-4th March)in room 315. The hotel and its amenities is of a great standard. Reception/concierge were approachable and friendly at all times. The breakfast is a must addition to your booking…a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Lots of eateries nearby and reception are happy to book a table for you. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Paris.
