I find it hard to believe this hotel is rated 4.5 out of of 5. The hotel is good for a quick stay but that’s it. The twin beds are essentially prison cots with a thin mattress and the pillow is the worst I’ve ever used it has no stuffing. The AC in the room doesn’t work so the window has to be opened as it’s extremely warm. The tram is currently not running out front either making it a walk to get to the public transportation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the shower has good water pressure and lots of hot water. For a quick one night stay fairly close to the central station it’s ok other than that I’d look elsewhere.

Good welcoming by reception staff but that’s it . The air conditioner had been shut off for winter making the room very stuffy. The bed was ok but the pillows are the worst I have ever put my head on. They gave one pillow per person so we asked for extra which didn’t change the lacking of stuffing inside the pillows which made for a very poor sleep experience. No English speaking entertainment tv channels which is very poor service. The taps in the bathroom are shocking , I could pee with a stronger flow. In summary Look 👀 Elsewhere. Regards Kevin

Really good hotel starting with great welcoming and helpful FOH member of staff, clean and comfortable room with crispy white bedlinen. Good breakfast. Check-out was quick and the nice lady on the reception desk gave me a jar of honey produced locally, which was a very nice treat. The hotel itself located in a very good location, a short walk from tram stop and train station. Certainly a lovely stay and will come back to stay in this hotel again for my next visit to Munich hopefully soon. PS: would be great if the room can have USB sockets for charging phone/tablets etc.

I stayed for a few nights when visiting Munich in May and it was a great location for sightseeing. It is a little bit out of the main centre, so not as busy, but it has a tram stop outside. This makes it easy to get in and out of the city centre with no problem. The hotel was large, clean and well decorated. The room was spacious and was perfect for a solo traveller. The reception area also has a bar area which was okay if you wanted a few drinks in the evening. There is also the hotel next door. Staff were friendly and the breakfast had a wide variety each morning. Would recommend.
