Check in staff were excellent. Restaurant ordering was confusing. A la carte was suggested when we were given the Pre Set page. When I then asked for the A La Carte menu, the waiting staff did not where it was. THEN our entree and mains were delivered at the same time. Meals were fine and very flavourful and exactly as described in the menus. It was just confusing with the menu recommendations. In the room there were no written instructions with the Nespresso machine were not available. I have no experience with a Nespresso. There was a lack of coffee pods for a room catering for 2 adults. A full sink was there however there was a serious lack of kitchen cleaning supplies - tea towels, cleaning cloths. There was no top sheet on king size bed - European style which is not suitable to Sydney Australian conditions. There was no spare blanket All the pillows on the bed were VERY hard and made of rubber so there was NO flexibility. I would prefer a pillow menu.

The hotel was in a great location and the views were amazing. The room was big and the bed was comfortable although the pillows were not great (too hard) The bathroom was in need of modernising. There was insufficient drawer space and we had to ask for more clothes hangers. The communal areas were not brilliant and we found the bar very uninviting. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time.

Stayed at the Pullman on Hyde Park for a long weekend, it was a really great location walking distance to most of the main CBD attractions. Overall really happy, although our room with a view did have very dirty windows which spoiled it a bit. Otherwise all good.

Very very very poor. This is not a 5 star place lucky to be pushing 3.5. Parking is seriously abysmal Food, can you get food here? I waited 15 minutes in the “restaurant” yeah restaurant really? And still had no service. Room service? HAHA sorry sir the request wasn’t received by the kitchen…… Don’t start on the room…..how 90s do you want something to look… Overpriced crap.

It's clean and the double queen bed is perfect to accommodate a family. The downside is that the pool is small, but luckily there was no one there when we used it:) Friendly staff working there, all the shops and restaurants nearby, Hyde Park is so nice, we will visit again:D
