The hotel is okish, clean rooms, breakfast is ok too. Very hot rooms and AC not on cooling. I booked 3 rooms in this hotel because of electric charging on site. Little did I know this would turn into a nightmare. The service is offered by Enel and the hotel has given some support like offering to talk to Enel but not as much as one would wish as it's offered by 3rd party supplier. Although the hotel is clean my major buying point was the charging and every day it's a nightmare. Definitely not staying again in this hotel and not moving just because we are 3 rooms not 1. Note not staying at any hotel that offers Enel charging.

Very disappointed by my experience in this hotel. And to think that I still have to stay there for several days! A room with a very damaged bathroom. No possibility of adjusting the room temperature yourself. Lack of variety and ingredients at breakfast. No bread grill. A shame for an ibis style.

Ogólny wystrój 7/10, czystość w porządku, natomiast śniadania na bardzo niskim poziomie jak na standardy Accor. Oprócz tego nie została zaakceptowana karta Hertist ani na pobyt ani na gastronomię. Obsługa stwierdziła, że karta się nie zalicza na gastronomię. A na co w takim razie?

Dear Agnieszka, thank you for your feedback. Just one thing to point out: Heartists rates must be booked from the dedicated app or directly at the hotel (via email or telephone). Your booking came via the official Accor website and employee rates cannot be booked from there. Also, you checked in after hours for free cancellation. Unfortunately it wasn't rudeness on the part of the staff. Finally, the Heartists card can only be used for overnight stays and not for bar drinks. Next time we invite you to contact us directly.
